TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, June 6

6:30pm

Family dinner at Russian Tea Time

Saturday, June 7

9:00am	Katia & Tom arrive and load in wedding items All ladies getting hair + makeup done arrive at the River Room bridal suite  Coffee, water, sparkling water and snacks in the bridal suite  Breakfast is delivered from Juice RX Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup
9:15am	Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
10:00am	Family will hang out with Tom in the morning before the first look
11:30am	Photographer (Cristina) arrives at River Room Yelena’s hair and makeup completed
11:50am	Yelena gets dressed Vintage Rolls Royce (limo) arrives at Tom’s home
12:00pm	Katia’s hair and makeup completed Yelena helps Katia get dressed  Mother/daughter photos Tom departs home and heads up the River Room in the Rolls Royce
12:15pm	Portraits of the bride Valeria’s hair and makeup completed
12:35pm	First look in the River Room patio
1:00pm	Ohana Events (Caelee) arrives (10 hours)
1:10pm	Katia & Tom and photographer leave to Art Institute
3:00pm	Katia, Tom, & photographer leave photo location
3:30pm	Family begins arriving at the River Room at Burning Bush Brewery Mini rehearsal for parents
3:40pm	Katia and Tom get dropped off at the River Room
4:00pm	Family pictures begin on the patio
4:30pm	ALL photos completed, bride & sister gets tucked away in the bridal suite Guests begin arriving at the River Room at Burning Bush Brewery Water station is set out for guests by the bar Prelude music begins Videographer (Harry) arrives (4 hours)
5:00pm	Ceremony begins in the River Room
5:29pm	They’re married! If you’ve been told you’re in photos, please stay at the ceremony location
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the reception space
6:50pm	Welcome and toast by Katia & Tom
7:05pm	After salads are plated, first round of speeches begin: 1) Katia’s parents, Yelena & Andrey 2) Tom’s mom, Danuta
7:40pm	After entrees are plated, second round of speeches begin: 3) Valeria, Katia’s sister 4) Natalie, Tom’s sister 5) Maria, Katia’s best friend 6) Brian, Tom’s best friend
8:15pm	First dance Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Dance party begins!
9:15pm	Sparkler photo in the alley
10:55pm	Last song of the night
11:00pm	Party’s over 🙁 Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

1. Getting ready outfit: Wear something that unzip (not pull overhead), so make up and hair stay in tact

2. Steamer: Katia’s mom to bring to River Room bridal suite

3. Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Caelee@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.
