11:00am | Groomsmen arrive at the Farmhouse to relax and hang out with Brad Lunch is delivered for both parties | |
11:45am | All guys have their outfits ready to go for mock getting ready coverage | |

4:59pm | They’re married! If you’ve been told you’re in photos, please stay at the ceremony location | |
5:00pm | Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin Cocktail hour begins outside and in the barn areas | |
5:55pm | Private room reveal with Keighley & Brad | |
6:00pm | Cocktail hour ends Bar closes and guests invited into the Farmhouse | |
6:20pm | Parents are recognized at their tables Wedding Party introduced Newlyweds introduced | |

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE
HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS
β Hair must be dry (Day-old hair is great for thick to medium hair. If you have thin hair please wash the day of or night before and have it dry when we start your hair).
β Please have inspirational pictures for hair/makeup. Include pictures of yourself.
β Face should be clean and moisturized for makeup.
β Please bring your touch-up lip colors (Hair and makeup team will have lip color for purchase for touch-ups if you would like).
β Have brows shaped (Please have your brows waxed or threaded. If you have never had your brows shaped, don’t try anything new the week of the event. Get them done at least 2-4 weeks before the event then touched up 5 days to a week before. Not too close to the event, just in case your skin has a reaction).
β Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
β Please wear a top that can be moved off the shoulders (Tube or tank tops work well or a collarless button-down shirt).

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…
Ladies
1. Getting ready outfit: Keighley will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’re changing!
2. Wedding day outfits: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Jewelry: Subtle jewelry, nothing super flashy/big
4. Shoes: Nude shoes
5. Nails: Preferably no red nail polish
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable
8. Haleigh: Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Caelee@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.
Gentlemen
1. Wedding day outfit for the groomsmen: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, tie, jacket
2. Paul, Shawn and Ross: must bring your own socks and belt
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
4. Arrive in something comfortable to hangout in, you can change into your wedding day outfit prior to the photographers arriving
5. Wedding card – if applicable
