TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, May 16

3:00pm	Check in available at Home2Suites
6:15pm	Rehearsal dinner at Clara’s in Woodridge

Saturday, May 17

8:15am	Brandyn drives Keighley and Haleigh to the Farmhouse
9:00am	Anyone getting hair + makeup done arrives at the Farmhouse Anita brings small breakfast for the ladies Hair and makeup team arrives for setup
9:30am	Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the Farmhouse to relax and hang out with Brad Lunch is delivered for both parties
11:45am	All guys have their outfits ready to go for mock getting ready coverage
12:00pm	Photographer (Ashley) and Videographer (Abi) arrive at the Farmhouse and head to the men Personal florals delivered to the Farmhouse
12:30pm	Photo & Video team head to the ladies for getting ready coverage
1:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Keighley & bridesmaids take a photo in their blue satin PJs
1:20pm	Keighley, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:25pm	Keighley’s [casual] first look with bridesmaids in the bridal suite
1:35pm	Brad gets in position for the first look
1:40pm	First look at the Farmhouse Ohana Events (Caelee) arrives
2:40pm	Wedding Party pictures begin around the property
2:45pm	Family begins arriving at the Farmhouse
3:00pm	Mini rehearsal at the ceremony location
3:30pm	Family pictures begin at the Farmhouse
4:00pm	ALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away in the bridal suite Keighley touches up her hair & makeup
4:10pm	Guests begin arriving at the Farmhouse
4:15pm	Prelude music begins
4:30pm	Ceremony begins outside by the wooden structure
4:59pm	They’re married! If you’ve been told you’re in photos, please stay at the ceremony location
5:00pm	Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin Cocktail hour begins outside and in the barn areas
5:55pm	Private room reveal with Keighley & Brad
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends Bar closes and guests invited into the Farmhouse
6:20pm	Parents are recognized at their tables Wedding Party introduced Newlyweds introduced
6:25pm	Keighley and Brad cut the cake
6:28pm	Welcome, toast & speech by Keighley’s mom, Anita Blessing by Shawn
6:40pm	Once salads are plated, first round of speeches begin: 1) Brad’s dad, Paul
7:15pm	Entrees are served
7:35pm	Once guests have a few minutes to enjoy their entrees, second round of speeches begin: 1) Calvin & Niall- BM 2) Haleigh – MOH
8:00pm	Special dances Dance party begins!
10:55pm	Last song of the night
11:00pm	Party’s over 🙁 Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair must be dry (Day-old hair is great for thick to medium hair. If you have thin hair please wash the day of or night before and have it dry when we start your hair).
– Please have inspirational pictures for hair/makeup. Include pictures of yourself.
– Face should be clean and moisturized for makeup.
– Please bring your touch-up lip colors (Hair and makeup team will have lip color for purchase for touch-ups if you would like).
– Have brows shaped (Please have your brows waxed or threaded. If you have never had your brows shaped, don’t try anything new the week of the event. Get them done at least 2-4 weeks before the event then touched up 5 days to a week before. Not too close to the event, just in case your skin has a reaction).
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– Please wear a top that can be moved off the shoulders (Tube or tank tops work well or a collarless button-down shirt).

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting ready outfit: Keighley will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’re changing!

2. Wedding day outfits: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments

3. Jewelry: Subtle jewelry, nothing super flashy/big

4. Shoes: Nude shoes

5. Nails: Preferably no red nail polish

6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.

7. Wedding card – if applicable

8. Haleigh: Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Caelee@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.

Gentlemen

1. Wedding day outfit for the groomsmen: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, tie,  jacket

2. Paul, Shawn and Ross: must bring your own socks and belt

3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket

4. Arrive in something comfortable to hangout in, you can change into your wedding day outfit prior to the photographers arriving

5. Wedding card – if applicable

6. Calvin & Niall: Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Caelee@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.
