TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, AUGUST 25TH

4:00pm	Check in available at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk
5:00pm	Rehearsal at St. James Chapel
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at The Sheraton Grand Governor’s Suite

SATURDAY, AUGUST 26TH

6:00am	All ladies getting hair/makeup done arrive at The Sheraton Hotel – Governor’s suite Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup
6:15am	Hair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
9:30am	Groomsmen arrive at Sheraton Grand to relax and hang out with Nick
9:45am	Kendra’s services are done!  Kendra, sisters & moms put on their dresses
10:15am	Photographer 1 (Nicole) arrives at The Sheraton – Governors suite Photographer 2 (Michael) arrives at The Sheraton with the guys Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to The Sheraton – Governors suite
10:30am	Getting ready photos of Kendra begin
10:50am	Nick & photo 2 (Michael) head to the first touch location
11:00am	Kendra & photo 1 (Nicole) head to the first touch location ALL hair and makeup completed Bridesmaids put on their dresses
11:10am	Kendra & Nick’s first touch/reading of notes begins
11:30am	Limobus arrives at The Sheraton Nick & groomsmen head to the lobby and board the Limobus  Jorge & Kyle are in charge of the cooler with booze & snacks inside
11:45am	Kendra’s first look with dad in the suite
12:10pm	Kendra & bridesmaids head to the lobby and board the Limobus & head to church
12:25pm	The ladies arrive at the church and get tucked away
12:30pm	Guests begin arriving to St. James Chapel Greeters (all parents) arrive at the front doors to guide guests to ceremony location  Ushers (Sean, Shane, Shad, Seth) and Program Passers (Marge & Jean) go to ceremony site
1:00pm	Ceremony begins
2:00pm	Immediately following end of ceremony, family pictures begin at the altar
2:15pm	Wedding party Limobus arrives at the church
2:20pm	ALL photos are completed Grand exit photo opp with bubble machines outside of the church!
2:30pm	Wedding party boards Limobus transportation and heads photo locations
4:00pm	Limobus arrives at Navy Pier Kendra & Nick do mock getting ready photos on the boat Wedding party heads to Bar inside Navy Pier to hangout/relax
4:30pm	Boarding of the yacht begins for guests
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins on the second floor
5:15pm	Introductions into the room begin!
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited downstairs to take their seats for dinner
6:30pm	Ceremony begins!
6:15pm	Welcome toast / speech / blessing by David
6:20pm	Dinner service begins
7:45pm	Dance party!!!
10:00pm	Fireworks!
11:00pm	Party’s over! 🙁 All decor items are carried by wedding party to the hotel!
11:15pm	After party at Kendra & Nick’s governor suite at The Sheraton Grand

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
• Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

1. ​Arrive in comfy clothes!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Accessories for wedding day ​
4. Shoes for wedding day outfit
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Kelsey & Katie: Speech for dinner

Gentlemen

1. Wedding day outfit (including ALL pieces)!
2. ​Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in

5. David & Alex: Speech for dinner
