	Kira & Ayal bring all personal decor for drop off at Fairlie

4:00pm	Check in available at the Fairmont  Chicago
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Blue Door Farm Stand

Sunday, June 8th

7:40am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Fairmont Chicago Breakfast delivered from  the hotel Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup Kira lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
8:00am	Hair + makeup services begin **see schedule below**
10:00am	Guys arrive at couple’s home to relax and hang out with Ayal
11:30am	Ayal departs his house & heads to the Fairmont Chicago Videographers arrive at Fairmont Chicago
12:00pm	Photographers arrive at Fairmont Chicago
12:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed *Dawn & flower girl continues services Kira & those helping her get ready get fully dressed
12:30pm	Bridal getting ready portraits begin Ohana Events arrives on-site at the hotel
12:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed
12:30am	Diana & bridesmaids take a photo in their robes
1:00pm	A&K’s First look within the hotel
1:15pm	Kira & Ayal head to the lobby with photo/video/planner to call Ubers
1:30pm	Ubers arrive at Olive Park for photos
1:40pm	Portraits begin at Milton Lee Olive Park Point person from both families to organize family photos: Elana Weiner-Kaplow Tali Moscowitz
2:00pm	Family begins arriving at Milton Lee Olive Park by Uber
2:20pm	Portraits are finished, family photos begin Family pictures begin
2:40pm	Photos are completed at Olive Park K&A Uber to the LaSalle Bridge for some portraits  Family is to arrive at The Fairlie by 3:25pm
3:10pm	Portraits completed, Ubers are order to the Fairlie
3:25pm	Kira & Ayal arrive back to the Fairlie via Uber Immediate Family arrives at the Fairlie via Ubers
3:35pm	A&K sneak some Portraits around the venue  Family settles in the bridal suites until pre-ceremonies begin Extended family begins arriving on-site for group photos + ketubah signing
3:50pm	Extended family photos begin outside
4:15pm	Ketubah signing on the 2nd floor Loft Space
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving  Venue is fully set for ceremony Kira touches up her makeup in bridal suite (tucked upstairs) Everyone in processional is tucked into downstairs green room
5:00pm	Seating of guests begins Jamie, Elisa, Mati (Mah-tee), Josh, are in charge of holding the chuppah structure through ceremony
5:15pm	Ceremony begins!
5:45pm	Cocktail hour begins on main bar side of the space
6:45pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited to find their seats
7:10pm	Introductions into the room begin
7:15pm	Guests are invited to the Hora!
7:45pm	Entrees are served
8:10pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin: 1. Parents of the groom – Dawn & Eitan 2. Parents of the bride – Amy & Jim 3. Bride’s sisters + brother-in-laws – Taly, Itamar, Dori & Richard 4. Groom’s Sister – Elana 5. Grandpa Mickey
8:45pm	A&K say their thank you & have their first dance
8:50pm	Dance party!!!
11:00pm	Party’s over! 🙁 All items go into Ayal’s parents car (Elana to help load-up)

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed the day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair. IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). There will no blow dry or blowout services provided. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– It is recommended to moisturize at least 30 minutes prior to your makeup application. Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

– Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in & easy to change out of when hair and makeup is done (no tight necklines!)
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments.
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card – if applicable
