TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH

4:30pm	Rehearsal on-site at the house
5:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Napolita Pizzeria & Wine Bar in Northbrook

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH

6:15am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the house Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup Kristen lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
6:30am	Hair & makeup services begin! **see full schedule below**
11:00am	Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to Kristen Groomsmen arrive at the house to relax and hang out with Paul Lunch available for the bridesmaids & groomsmen
11:30am	Photographer 1 (Carissa) arrives at the house Photographer 2 (Robert) arrives at the house
12:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Kristen & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Videographer 1 (Brian) arrives on-site
12:45pm	Kristen, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Bridal portraits to follow
1:00pm	Ohana Events (Jenna) arrives on-site
1:10pm	Kristen’s first look with bridesmaids in the coach house Kristen’s dad & brother head to the patio for the first look
1:20pm	Kristen’s first look with dad & brother on the patio Paul heads to first look location in front of large fountain with photo 2
1:30pm	Kristen heads to first look location with photo/video 1
1:40pm	First look in front of large fountain outside  Portraits to follow on the property
2:30pm	Wedding Party pictures begin around the property
3:20pm	All wedding party is tucked away for guest arrival inside the house
3:30pm	Guests begin arriving
4:00pm	Ceremony begins!
4:25pm	Immediate family photos begin immediately after the ceremony (this includes all parents/siblings/kids & yiayia!)
4:30pm	Cocktail hour begins on the patio
5:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into to take their seats inside the tent
5:45pm	Introductions into the room begin
5:50pm	Welcome and toast by Julie
6:00pm	Dinner service begins
6:50pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin:  1. Lauren 2. John
7:30pm	Special dances begin & dance floor opens!!
10:00pm	Party’s over 🙁

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), even if you plan on a blowout, please arrive with dry hair – the stylist will spritz your hair with water.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies!
– Be sure to arrive in your getting ready attire for the morning!
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments. Please have your dress steamed by Friday night!
– Wedding day shoes, wedding day outfit & accessories
– Clutch/purse to hold personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card, if applicable!

Gents!
– ALL Wedding day attire pieces (check twice!)
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card, if applicable!
