TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, November 18

3:00pm	Check in available at the Gwen Hotel
4:00pm-6:00pm	Wedding rehearsal & Korean Ceremony at Ovation
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at The Swift & Sons Tavern Wrigleyville

Saturday, November 19

6:45am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at the Gwen Breakfast is delivered for the ladies
7:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin *see schedule below*
10:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the Gwen location to relax and hang out with Kevin Lunch is delivered for the bridesmaids
11:00am	Lunch delivered from the Gwen for the groomsmen
12:00pm	Kristina & Kevin write the last line of your vow books for photo purposes
12:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Kristina & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Kristina, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
12:45pm	Kristina’s first look with bridesmaids in the suite
12:50pm	Kevin & Photographer 2 (Michelle) Uber to the first look location (Art institute)
12:55pm	Kristina’s first look with dad in the suite
1:00pm	Party bus arrives at the Gwen
1:05pm	Kristina & Photographer 1 (Nicole) & wedding party heads to the lobby to board the Party Bus Sam is in charge of the foam cooler with beer/seltzers items and ice inside
1:10pm	Party bus departs the Gwen and heads to first look location (Art institute)
1:25pm	First look + portraits at the Art institute **Wedding party stays on the bus
1:45pm	Kristina & Kevin reboard the party bus and heads to the Wrigley Building
1:55pm	Party bus arrives at the Wrigley Building
2:00pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at Wrigley Building
2:25pm	Wedding party boards the trolley and heads to The Rookery Building
2:35pm	Trolley arrives at the Rookery Building for wedding party photos
3:30pm	Wedding party photos are done! Everyone boards the party bus & heads to the venue
4:00pm	Immediate family arrives at Ovation Wedding party arrives at Ovation 43 passenger shuttle arrives at the Gwen for guest transportation
4:10pm	Family pictures begin
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving to ceremony Ushers (Domenic & Luke) go to ceremony site
5:00pm	Ceremony begins
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins on the opposite side of venue space
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into guest tables
6:45pm	Welcome and toast by Michael
6:50pm	Dinner service begins
7:40pm	After entrée are plated, speeches begin:  1. Zulin + Jane  2. John
8:15pm	Dance Party!!
10:00pm	Continuous shuttle service begins for guest transportation to Gwen Hotel
11:00pm	Second shuttle service for guest transportation to Gwen Hotel
12:00am	Party’s over! 🙁 Final shuttle service for guest transportation to Gwen Hotel
12:15pm	After party!!

Sunday, November 20

11:00am	Brunch at Gibson’s Italia
12:00pm	Check out at the Gwen hotel

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR/MAKEUP TIPS:

-Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
-Hair should be completely dry, unless your service includes a blowout. Anyone with damp hair will be asked to step away and finish blow-drying their hair.
-If you have curly hair and you do not wish to wear your natural curl, please wash and blow-dry your hair straight. Do not straighten with a flat iron.
-Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product.
-Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
-It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
-Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

Ladies

1. Kristina will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Wedding card – if applicable
6. Zulin & Jane – Speech for the reception (ideally not read off your phone)

Men

1. Entire wedding day outfit from top to bottom as follows: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, cufflinks, ties/bowties, jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. John – Speech for the reception (ideally not read off your phone)
