TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, December 30

3:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Giordano’s in Gold Coast/Mag Mile
5:30pm	Rehearsal dinner ends
6:00pm	Everyone arrives at the church
6:15pm	Rehearsal promptly begins at Holy Name Cathedral

Saturday, December 31

6:55am	Ladies getting services done first begin arriving to the Peninsula
7:10am	Hair and makeup services begin (refer to schedule below)
9:45am	Matts brothers, Dad and Joey arrive at the apartment to relax and hang out with Matt Lunch is set out for the guys Sarah brings the flower girls to the bridal suite AND drops off Joey
10:00am	Photographers arrive to both getting ready locations
10:15am	Videographers arrive to both getting ready locations
10:30am	Laura & Matt read notes from one another (separately)
10:45am	All ladies begin collecting their bags, if they’re not packed up already
11:00am	ALL hair and makeup completed Ladies take photos in their getting ready outfits
11:15am	Laura, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
11:30am	Laura’s first look with her bridesmaids Matts groomsmen and ushers arrive at the apartment to relax and hang out with the guys
11:45am	Laura’s first look with dad in the bridal suite
12:00pm	Laura & bridesmaids take photos in the lobby or suite at the Peninsula Laura’s sisters have any makeup/hair touch up items that they feel are needed
12:30pm	Matt, Joe, Kevin & Dad take the Stretch SUV limo to the church
12:55pm	Stretch SUV limo drops off the guys at the church, and then heads to the Peninsula and picks up Laura & Dad. SUV loops back for more guests
1:00pm	Ushers (Melissa Althoff & Eric Althoff & Scott Althoff) are stationed at the back of the church and help distribute programs
1:10pm	Stretch SUV limo picks up more guests at the Peninsula (and continues to make a few trips until 1:30pm when the ceremony begins)
1:30pm	Ceremony begins!
2:30pm	Laura & Matt are married!!! Immediately following the end of the ceremony, family pictures begin at the altar
2:55pm	Grand exit photo on the staircase outside
3:00pm	All guests and vendors must be out of the church Limo takes Laura & Matt & Sandra from the church to The Peninsula for more photos Wedding party & parents are on their own (drive themselves) to the club
4:00pm	Cocktail Hour Begins at the Bolingbrook Golf Club
4:45pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited the dinner space
5:00pm	Parents + Wedding Party lines up for introductions Newlywed Introductions
5:05pm	Welcome and toast by Father of the Bride, Brian Reilly (~5 minutes)
5:10pm	Blessing by both moms, Lynn & Joan First course is served immediately after
5:30pm	After all guests have the first course served to them, speeches begin: – Brianna & Sheila (MOH) / combined
5:40pm	Dinner service continues
6:15pm	After all guests have the entree course served to them, more speeches begin: – Kevin (BM) – Joe (BM)
6:30pm	Special Dances & then dance floor opens!
10:00pm	Party’s Over 🙁
11:15pm	NYE Toast at Joe’s House in Plainfield

HAIR + MAKEUP

Beauty Pointers!

• Arrive with clean and completely dry hair.
• Arrive with clean faces with only moisturizer (non SPF product).
• Wear neutral colored comfy clothes for getting ready (black/brown/beige/grey) and a top that’s easy to take on/off with hair and makeup.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
• It is helpful if you have an inso picture prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Katie: Please bring the pajamas and slippers for the ladies to wear in the morning!
2. Shoes: If you were able to secure tiffany blue Betsy heels, we would love those at least for the ceremony. If not, black heels work great.
3. Nails: make sure they’re painted or look relatively nice!
4. Jewelry: keep it simple!
5. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
6. Shoes for getting ready + wedding day outfit
7. Extra pair of comfier shoes for later in the day
8. Black wraps
9. Tiffany blue travel jewelry case 
10. Comfortable clothes to change into for the late night cheers at Joe’s House
11. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
12. Wedding card (if applicable)
13. Aunt Carol: Please bring any decor to the rehearsal to give to Danielle (basically anything needed at the reception can be given to Danielle the night before)
14. Brianna & Sheila: make sure you have your speech accessible! Ideally not read off your iPhone (feel free to send your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com to have it printed)

Men

1. Wedding day outfit:
   ~ Best men/dads/Brendan: tuxedos with shoes, socks, pants, button down, vest, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, jacket, pocket square
   ~ Groomsmen walking down the aisle: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, tie-clip, tie, jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
