Friday, September 25

3:00pm	– Ceremony rehearsal at St. Mary of the Angels
4:00pm	– Check in available at the JW Marriott hotel
4:30pm	– Rehearsal dinner at Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown Terrace & Penthouse
7:00pm	– Welcome drinks at Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown Terrace & Penthouse

Saturday, September 26

6:15am	– Bridesmaids & Family: All ladies who are getting hair + makeup arrive at Lauren’s JW Marriott suite – Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
6:30am	– Hair and Makeup services begin *see detailed schedule at bottom of this page*
9:30am	– Groomsmen: arrive at JW Marriott  to relax and hang out with Connor | Lunch is delivered for the groomsmen – Bridesmaids: Lunch delivered for the bridesmaids. Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to JW Marriott
10:00am	– ALL hair and makeup completed – Lauren & bridesmaids take a quick photo in their getting ready outfits  – Lauren, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
10:40am	– Lauren’s first look with bridesmaids in getting ready space – Kevin makes his way to the getting ready suite for his first look
10:55pm	– Lauren’s first look with dad in the getting ready suite – Connor heads to first look location (2nd floor marble room) with photo/video 2
11:05am	– Lauren heads to first look location on 2nd floor with photo/video 1
11:15am	First look on 2nd floor marble area
11:30am	– Portraits to follow on the stairwell → wedding party meets them here for a few photos!  –Family makes their way to 2nd floor (above lobby) of the JW for photos
11:40am	– Family photos begin on 2nd floor of the JW Marriott
12:00pm	– 30 Pax White Limo Bus arrives on-site JW Marriott for wedding party – Wedding party heads JW lobby and boards the shuttle – Keegan is in charge of the foam cooler with water bottles/soft drinks and ice inside
12:10pm	– Lauren & Connor + All Parents board the Limo Bus | Limo Bus departs from JW to AI South Gardens
12:30pm	– Portraits and wedding party photos begin at  AI South Gardens
1:20pm	– Photos completed at AI South Gardens | Wedding party re-boards – Limo Bus & heads to Fourth Presbyterian Church
1:40pm	– Limo Bus arrives at Fourth Presbyterian Church | Portraits & private vows for L&C only
2:00pm	– Portraits are completed, Limo Bus  heads to St. Mary of the Angels -Guests board shuttles from JW Marriott
2:15pm	– (2) 56 Passenger Guest Shuttles depart JW Marriott & head to St Mary of the Angels
2:30pm	– Guests begin arriving to church – Wedding party arrives on-site at the church and gets tucked away inside church
3:00pm	– Ceremony begins!
4:00pm	– Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin in at the altar
4:25pm	– Lauren & Connor grab portraits on the steps of church
4:30pm	-Limo Bus departs with wedding party from church and heads to JW Marriott -(2) 56 Passenger Shuttles depart from church back to JW Marriott for guest drop off
5:00pm	– Cocktail hour begins in Grand Foyer (2nd floor)
6:00pm	– Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into Burnham Ballroom (4th floor)
6:15pm	– Introductions into the room begin with wedding party
6:25pm	– Welcome, toast & blessing by Lauren & Connor
6:30pm	– Dinner service begins
6:40pm	– Once soups are plated, special dances begin: First dance Father/daughter Mother/son
7:25pm	– After all entrées are plated, speeches begin: Kevin, Father of the Bride with Lisa, Mother of the Bride Andy, Father of the groom  Jessie Keegan
8:25pm	– Dance floor is open!!
1:00am	– Party is over! 🙁 –Bridal bouquet + a couple arrangements brought to Lauren’s parents room -All other decor  items go into Lauren & Connor’s hotel room

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• All skin must be clean and makeup free when you arrive on wedding morning
• Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be washed (without conditioner!) and completely dry
• If you have curly hair and you do not wish to wear your natural curl, please wash and blow-dry your hair straight. Do not straighten with a flat iron.
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
• It is helpful if each lady has an inspirational image prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

1. Wedding Day Attire: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments, shoes, jewelry, etc.
2. Getting Ready Attire
3. Misc: Clutch/purse for personal items/IDs, phone, tissues, etc.
4. Wedding Card: if applicable
5. Speeches: Those of you speaking at either rehearsal dinner or wedding day, don’t forget your speech!

Gentlemen:

1. Wedding Day Attire: including ALL pieces for the day
2. Misc.: Cell phones, phone chargers, wallets and anything else you may keep in your coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets during photos – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Wedding Card: if applicable
4. Speeches: Those of you speaking at either rehearsal dinner or wedding day, don’t forget your speech!
