TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, JUNE 20

	Family & wedding party hangs out at OFCC throughout the morning and early afternoon ** Reminders while staying at OFCC: ** 1) If walking throughout the clubhouse, PJs/lounge wear is NOT allowed. Ladies are welcome to wear golf/tennis attire or dresses while gentlemen are welcome to wear golf attire and polos 2) Wedding party can use the gym and pool facilities, but won’t be able to golf 3) If visiting the pool, you’ll sign in under “Faso” and you can use your credit card to buy food and drinks at the pool 4) Lauren will reserve some cabanas in case it’s a busy day at the pool
1:00pm	Everyone starts to get ready for rehearsal & rehearsal dinner
2:30pm	Shuttle arrives at OFCC for the rehearsal
3:00pm	Check in available at Olympia Fields Country Club ** please check with the front desk at OFCC regarding early check in as rooms may be ready as early as 1:30pm ** Shuttle arrives at OFCC
3:10pm	Shuttle departs for church for the rehearsal
3:30pm	Rehearsal at St. Veronica Parish begins
4:00pm	Once the rehearsal is over, everyone boards the shuttle
4:15pm	Shuttle depart for Chicago Yacht Club
5:30pm	Rehearsal dinner begins at Chicago Yacht Club Shuttle arrives at Chicago Yacht Club
9:30pm	Everyone boards the shuttle to head back to OFCC
9:45pm	Shuttle departs for OFCC
10:30pm	Shuttle arrives at OFCC

SATURDAY, JUNE 21

7:00am	Hair & makeup team arrives for set up Everyone receiving beauty services meets in Lauren’s suite
7:15am	Hair & makeup services begin ** schedule below **
7:30am	OFCC provides breakfast and beverages for Lauren and party
8:00am	Eric’s party meets in the Golf Simulator to hang out and eat OFCC provides breakfast and beverages for the guys
10:45am	ALL guys get ready in the locker room and put on 95% of wedding day outfits
11:00am	Photo and personal florals arrives to OFCC
11:30am	Video arrives to OFCC Eric and party meet in Lauren and Eric’s suite for “getting ready” photos
11:50am	Lauren’s and Eric’s moms are dressed for the day
12:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed (for moms & wedding party) // Lauren’s aunt’s services start Lauren and party take photos in getting ready outfits The Vault/Golf Simulator rental ends
12:10pm	Eric and party have their “getting ready” shots taken in Lauren and Eric’s suite Eric’s mom (Nina) “pins” boutonnières on Eric & the guys
12:15pm	Lauren and party put on their dresses in separate rooms Lauren’s mom (Livia) and sister (Bianca) helps Lauren get dressed
12:30pm	Lauren does first look with bridesmaids ALL photos of Eric getting ready are complete Lauren’s brother (Phillip) heads to Lauren’s getting ready location (casual first look) Eric’s party organizes their items and brings items back to their rooms → Phillip is in charge of the foam cooler with water, ice, and GF snacks → ALL guys meet outside (clock tower) after dropping off items in rooms
12:37pm	Lauren’s brother escorts Lauren to first look with dad Lauren’s party organizes their items and brings items back to their rooms → Bianca in charge of grabbing Lauren’s personal items and personal florals → ALL ladies meeting outside (clock tower) after dropping off items in rooms
12:45pm	Lauren’s first look with dad in the private dining room (1915 Club)
12:50pm	Eric and party meet at first look location Eric’s party is standing nearby Lauren’s wedding party joins Eric’s party
12:55pm	Eric is staged for first look by the clock tower/patio Once staged, Lauren heads over to first look location
1:00pm	Lauren and Eric’s first look by the clock tower/patio
1:07pm	Quick wedding party pictures by the clock tower
1:15pm	Wedding party hangs inside and waits for the party bus Family pictures begin by the clock tower
1:30pm	Transportation arrives at OFCC → Eric + wedding party = party bus → Lauren + parents = private car → Eric’s parents = personal car Wedding party begins boarding the party bus
1:40pm	ALL family pictures wrap up Everyone boards transportation
1:45pm	All transportation departs for OFCC
2:00pm	Everyone arrives to St. Veronica Parish Lauren touches up her makeup in the bathroom/private suite (back of Church) Eric and party hangout in the church hall or back balcony until ceremony starts Ushers/program passers (Cal & Roy) arrive at the church
2:20pm	Ohana Events checks that the best man (Jack) has the wedding rings Wedding party lines up for the ceremony
2:30pm	Ceremony begins!
3:30pm	Lauren & Eric are married!!! Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin at the altar Wedding party (besides siblings) begins to board the party bus
3:55pm	Once everyone is on board, party bus departs for the Dino’s
4:05pm	Party bus arrives at Dino’s Everyone heads inside for pictures/one round of drinks
4:15pm	Wedding party heads back onto the party bus Lauren and Eric stay back for quick couple portraits Any early guest arrivals at OFCC can purchase drinks at the bar in 1915 room
4:25pm	Lauren and Eric head back to the party bus
4:30pm	Once everyone is back on the party bus and heads to OFCC
4:40pm	Party bus arrives to OFCC Ohana Events helps unload personal items off the party bus Wedding party heads to the back for portraits
4:45pm	Wedding party portraits begin on OFCC grounds
5:00pm	Wedding party heads back and joins cocktail hour Lauren & Eric stay back for couple portraits Cocktail hour begins in The Pavilion + Crystal Room + attached outdoor space
5:15pm	Lauren & Eric head back to the club to enjoy private drinks and apps Lauren gets dress bustled (Bianca, Andrea, Olivia to help)
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the tent
6:20pm	Introductions begin: 1) Lauren’s parents (Phil & Livia) 2) Eric’s parents (Michael & Nina) 3) Lauren & Eric!
6:30pm	Welcome toast by Lauren’s dad (Phil)
6:35pm	Blessing by Father Chuck
6:50pm	Once majority of guests have eaten, Lauren’s dad (Phillip) gives a speech
7:35pm	After all entrées are served, speeches begin: 1) Lauren’s sister (Bianca) 2) Eric’s brother (Jack) 3) Lauren & Eric’s “thank you”
7:50pm	After speeches are complete, guests are asked to transition into Normandy Room
8:00pm	Special dances begin: 1) Eric & mom 2) Lauren & dad 3) Lauren & Eric Dance floor opens!
11:00pm	Party’s over!! 🙁 Anyone going to the after party (Dino’s) or heading back to the hotel are asked to head outside
11:20pm	After party begins at Dino’s Food & Liquors (443 Ashland Avenue)
2:00am	After party ends at Dino’s

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

!! PENDING SCHEDULE !!

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

Ladies

1. Lauren will provide getting ready outfits to wear throughout the morning
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Lauren will provide earrings but bring any small, dainty jewelry to accessorize. No Apple watches!
4. If you’re getting your nails done, please select neutral nail polish
5. Getting ready shoes (slippers) and shoes for your wedding day outfit
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card (if applicable)
8. Bianca: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit (from Black Tux rental)
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
