THURSDAY, AUGUST 7th

4:00pm	Check in available at Lake Lawn Resort Ohana Events distributes cottage house number to hair and makeup team & photographer
5:30pm	Emily to bring the Welcome Sign to Wendy for rehearsal dinner
6:00pm	Ceremony Rehearsal at Lake Lawn Resort — Meet at Enchanted Shore Ohana Events is onsite
6:30pm	Rehearsal completed 14-passenger one-way shuttle service is available to take people to Pier 290  *Pickup in the main Hotel Lobby*
7:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Pier 290 for wedding party & immediate family

FRIDAY, AUGUST 8th

5:45pm	Transportation available for Welcome Party to and from Lake Lawn Resort  (2 shuttles through Jones Charter) *Continuous shuttle service from 5:45-10:45pm
6:00pm	Welcome Party begins at Waters Edge on Delavan Lake // Bar Opens  Open invitation — come & go as you please! Food & drinks will be provided
10:30pm	Bar Closes // Welcome Party Ends

SATURDAY, AUGUST 9th

7:15am	Hair stylists & Makeup artists arrive for setup Everyone who is getting hair + makeup done arrive at Leah’s Getting Ready Cottage on LLR’s property
7:30am	Hair & Makeup services begin *please reference the hair + makeup timeline at the bottom of this page*
8:30am	Breakfast / Coffee will be provided from Boxed & Burlap  Leah lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
10:30am	Lead Planner (Emily) to pick up wedding decor at the Lake House *If not done on Friday night
11:00am	Lead Photographer (Louie) and Second Shooter (Ness) arrive to Leah’s getting ready location Ohana Events Lead Planner (Emily) arrives at LLR
11:40am	Robert & his party to start to get dressed to head over to the Nowak’s (don’t need to put on ties/ jackets, but bring them for photos!)
11:55am	Robert & his group meet in the lobby at LLR
12:00pm	Robert & his group depart Lake Lawn Resort and head to the Nowak Family  Lake House 14-passenger shuttle available through LLR
12:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Leah & her party take a couple quick photos in their getting ready outfits  Photographer arrives to The Nowak Lake House (Robert + party — please be mostly dressed!)
12:30pm	Leah, her party & moms put on their dresses separately → Gwen (MOB) to be in her dress already, so she can help Leah (Alyson to jump in and help as well)
12:50pm	Leah’s bridal portraits
1:05pm	Leah’s ‘first look’ with her party
1:15pm	14-passenger shuttle available through LLR to take Leah’s group to her parent’s Lake House
1:20pm	Lake Lawn shuttle departs the Resort and heads to the Nowak Lake House
1:30pm	Flowers for Dreams arrives at LLR for setup Ohana Events Assistant (Jenna!!) to bring Leah’s wedding bouquet & personal florals over to the Nowak’s Lake House Lunch is provided (Culver’s!) for the wedding party
1:35pm	Leah’s first look with her dad once she arrives to the Lake House
1:45pm	L&B’s First look at her parent’s Lake House
2:00pm	Leah & Bob to take portraits around the property following their first look (Note for wedding party: Be ready for photos by 2:15-2:20pm)
2:30pm	Wedding Party photos begin
3:15pm	14-passenger shuttle available at Lake Lawn Resort to bring family to the Nowak’s Lake House  (Chuck, Grandpa, Granny, Ian and Bella)  *Picking up in Hotel Lobby*
3:30pm	Family pictures begin at the Nowak Lake House
3:45pm	14-passenger + 10 passenger shuttles return to the Lake House to pickup the wedding party Wedding party (that are not family!) gathers their personal items & can board the shuttle
3:50pm	ALL PHOTOS COMPLETED  Parents (Wendy, Robert Sr., Gwen, Brian) drive themselves over to LLR Leah & Bob take the boat over to LLR with photographers → Brian or Leah’s brothers to drive the boat
4:00pm	Shuttle departs the Nowak’s Lake House with wedding party & heads to Lake Lawn Resort
4:15pm	Wedding party arrives at LLR & drops their personal items off in the holding space Leah touches up her hair & makeup (if needed) Chuck & sound engineer to do a quick sound check
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving at Lake Lawn Resort (no guest transportation) Groomsmen to help usher & welcome guests at Enchanted Shore → Not strict on guests sitting on either side
4:45pm	Ohana Events checks that the best man (Robert’s dad) has the wedding rings
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!!!! Ceremony Details: – Wedding party to sit in the second row – Two Readings by: Robert’s aunt, Mary Toohey, and Andrea Davidson (It is recommended that readers sit in an aisle seat!) *Separate microphone on a stand available for the readers
5:29pm	THEY’RE MARRIED!!!!!! Chuck, Leah, Bob + 2 witnesses sign the marriage license
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins on The Lakeview Terrace
5:40pm	Immediately following end of the ceremony, extended family photos begin at Enchanted Shore
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited to the tent site Wedding party can go ahead and find their seats at the Head Table (no introductions!)
6:35pm	Leah & Bob to have a private moment with drinks & apps during guest transition
6:45pm	Introductions of L + B Leah and Robert say a short & sweet Welcome & “Thank You”
6:50pm	Blessing by Leah’s Grandpa Joe (Joseph Nowak)
6:53pm	Starter/soup course is served
7:20pm	Once all soups have been served, a Toast by Leah’s parents: Gwen & Brian
8:25pm	After entrées are plated (third course), Best Man & MOH speeches begin:  1. Robert Senior, BM & Father of the Groom   2. Alyson, MOH
8:45pm	First Dance Mother/son dance Father/daughter dance Dance floor opens!
9:00pm	Dessert & coffee is available
10:00pm	Late night snacks are available
10:45pm	Last call at the bar
11:00pm	Reception’s Over // Bar Closes After party takes place at one of the bars at Lake Lawn Resort (The Lookout Bar)

BEAUTY SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS

• Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo and apply conditioner to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
• IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
• Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind or incurring a blow dry free from artist
• Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
• Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin – You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service
• It is helpful if each person getting hair/makeup done has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication!
• Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
• If any steaming needs to be done, please have it done before glam!
• Lashes are an add-on of $25/pp (included for the bride!)

DON’T FORGET…

Leah’s Party!!!!

– Leah will be providing PJs for get ready in the morning. These will be handed out at the rehearsal on Thursday night?! Please wear them as you arrive to LLR
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, tissues, etc.
– Lip liner and lipstick/gloss of your choice for touch ups throughout the day
– Jewelry
– Shoes: Wedding day shoes + a comfier pair of shoes for dancing if you’d like
– Alyson: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone) *Feel free to reach out to our planner, if you need a printed copy handy!
– Wedding card, if applicable
