Thursday, October 23

4:30pm	Rehearsal at Bridgeport Art Center – Skyline Loft
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Rate Field (Rate club)

Friday, October 24

7:45am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at AIRBNB Christine will have breakfast at the house Hair stylist arrives for setup
8:00am	Hair services begins full schedule near the bottom of this page Makeup artist arrives for setup
8:30am	Makeup services begin full schedule near the bottom of this page
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the house to relax and hang out with Jack
12:30pm	Absolute Dream Limo (ADL) arrives at Mokena home for groomsmen Jack & groomsmen board ADL Limo & head to BPAC Skyline Loft
1:15pm	Photographer 1 (Kait) arrives at Airbnb with the gals Photographer 2 (Bree) arrives at BPAC Skyline loft
1:30pm	ALL hair and makeup services are completed Lexy & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:45pm	Lexy, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Groomsmen arrive at BPAC Everyone heads to Skyline Loft to drop all personal belongings in back room/space
2:00pm	Photo 2 (Bree) meets groomsmen in getting ready room & takes them to Sculpture Garden Jack gets mock getting ready photos, then all groomsmen photos + portraits
2:30pm	Lexy’s informal first look with bridesmaids in AirBnB Absolute Dream Limo (ADL) arrives at AirBnb for bridal party
2:45pm	All photos completed Jack & groomsmen get tucked away in Skyline Loft back room/space Bridal party boards ADL transportation and heads to the venue
3:00pm	Lexy (and bridal party) arrives at BPAC Sculpture Garden for photos
3:45pm	Photos completed Joe Knight is on-site & ready for first look
4:00pm	Lexy’s first look with dad in the bridal suite
4:15pm	Wedding party & family gets tucked away prior to guest arrival Lexy stays tucked away in bridal suite & bridal party joins Officiant (Michael) does sound check with DJ Bridesmaids in bridal suite until line up time Groomsmen in Skyline Loft bridge room
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving
5:00pm	Ceremony begins in Skyline Loft (5th floor)
5:25pm	Immediately following end of ceremony, immediate family pictures begin at the front of ceremony Wedding party sticks around for photos after
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins!
5:45pm	ALL Family photos are completed Wedding party heads to Sculpture Garden for group photos & portraits!
6:45pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the dinner space
7:05pm	Introductions into the room begin with wedding party
7:10pm	Immediately after intros, Lexy and Jack cut their cake
7:15pm	Welcome and toast by Joe Knight
7:25pm	Dinner service begins with first course
8:20pm	After second course is plated, speeches begin 1) Brandon 2) Justin 3) Alex & Allison
8:40pm	Special dances begin! 1) Mother-son dance 2) Father-daughter dance 3) Lexy & Jack’s first dance …… Dance floor opens!
11:30pm	Party’s Over!! Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items Bridal bouquet is safely brought home with bride’s mom Christine All items go into Christine’s car

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), with NO product in your hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies, please read!

– Getting ready outfits: Lexy is providing getting ready PJs for you so know that you will be changing when you get to the Airbnb
– Attire: Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
– Shoes: Black comfortable heels
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, deodorant, lipstick, tissues, makeup for touch ups after outdoor photos, change of shoes for comfort, etc.
– Please steam your dresses the day before if possible!
– Wedding Card (if applicable)

Gentlemen, please read!

– Pick up your full wedding day outfit either on the 22nd or 23rd: shiny black shoes, black pants, white shirt, suspenders, black tie – all of this will be provided from Formally Modern Tuxedo in Orland Park
– Cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding Card (if applicable)
