TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, May 26

4:50pm	Please arrive to St. Michael’s Church NO later than 4:50pm. The rehearsal will start *promptly* at 5:00pm
5:00pm	Rehearsal begins –> Free parking is available on the NW corner of the church if you drive
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Quartino (Naples Room) –> Valet parking will be covered by the bride + groom if you choose to drive
9:00pm	Rehearsal dinner concludes

Saturday, May 27

6:30am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at the Ambassador Hotel, bridal suite Breakfast and coffee will be provided
7:00am	Hair and makeup services begin (refer to schedule at the bottom of this timeline)
10:45am	Groomsmen arrive at the Ambassador, groomsman suite to relax & hang out with Alex
11:00am	Photographers arrive to both getting ready locations –> Kim is the photographer with the ladies, Callie is the photographer with the guys Lunch is provided for all wedding party members
11:30am	ALL hair and makeup completed Lindsay & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Lindsay, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
11:55am	Lindsay’s first look with bridesmaids at the Ambassador
12:00pm	Lindsay’s first look with dad at the Ambassador
12:15pm	Lindsay & Alex’s first look at the Ambassador’s bridal suite terrace (bridesmaids, please allow them to have a private moment!) All wedding party members begin cleaning & collecting their bags, if they’re not packed up already ** The groomsmen only have their room until 1pm and all items must move to someone else’s room! **
12:45pm	Wedding party heads downstairs and boards the trolley once it arrives Mike and Ryan are in charge of the cooler with alcohol, snacks and ice inside Lindsay and Alexis are in charge of making sure Lindsay’s makeup touch up bag is on hand
1:15pm	Wedding party walks to Olive Park
1:20pm	Wedding party pictures begin in Olive Park
2:00pm	Wedding party pictures end and the trolley takes everyone to the church
2:30pm	Best Man grabs the wedding bands
3:00pm	Ceremony begins!
3:50pm	Immediately following the end of the ceremony, family pictures begin at the altar
4:10pm	Grand exit photo on the staircase outside
4:15pm	Wedding party, bride + groom boards the trolley and the trolley drives around a little
4:45pm	Trolley arrives at CHM Wedding party pictures begin around the property (outside)
5:15pm	Family photos at CHM on the Staircase Wedding party can hangout outside or relax in the bridal suite (very small room though!)
5:30pm	Cocktail Hour Begins at the Chicago History Museum
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited the dinner space –> Only Lindsay & Alex are introduced into the room, all wedding party can head right to their chairs after cocktail hour ends
6:55pm	Introductions, champagne tower, and welcome & toast by Keith Onysio
7:00pm	Dinner begins
7:15pm	After all guests have been served their salads, the first set of speeches begin: – Lindsay & Alexis (MOH) / combined
8:00pm	After all guests have been served their entrees, the second set of speeches begin: – Mike & Ryan (BM) / combined
8:20pm	Special Dances & then dance floor opens!
11:30pm	Party’s Over 🙁
12:00am	Casual after party at Woody’s

HAIR + MAKEUP

Beauty Pointers!

• 1) HAIR MUST BE DRY. Day-old hair is great for thick to medium hair. If you have thin hair please wash the day of or nightbefore and have it dry when we start your hair. 
• 2) PLEASE HAVE INSPIRATIONAL PICTURES FOR HAIR/MAKEUP. INCLUDE PICTURES OF YOURSELF.
• Would you like the front a dramatic side part or soft, pull back straight with volume? Half up/half down? Up-do? Do you want some face-framing, hair around your face? More of a ‘messier- loose’ look or sleek? Show us a picture of when you loved your hair. 
• What would you like the focal point to be for your makeup? Eyes, lips, or cheeks? If eyes- Dramatic,smoky, cut crease, cat-eye or more natural? What colors do you like? Show us your favorite selfie! 
• 3) MAKEUP-FACE SHOULD BE CLEAN AND MOISTURIZED. Great skincare really does help create the perfect canvas. 
• 4) PLEASE BRING YOUR TOUCH-UP LIP COLORS. If you have a favorite color you would like to touch-up with for your lips please have that ready for us.We will have lip colors for purchase for touch-ups if you would like.
• 5) HAVE BROWS SHAPED. Please have your brows waxed or threaded. If you have never had your brows shaped don’t tryanything new the week of the event. Get them done at least 4 weeks before the event then touchedup 5 days to a week before. Not too close to the event, just in case your skin has a reaction. 
• 7) PLEASE INFORM YOUR ARTIST IF YOU HAVE A SKIN SENSITIVITY OR ALLERGY. (Latex or other allergy we should be aware of)

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Morning outfits: Lindsay will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes, but know you’re changing 
2. Hanger & Coffee Mugs: Please bring both the dress hanger and coffee mugs that Lindsay gifted you previously!
3. Shoes: Nude heels
4. Jewelry: You can wear any jewelry, although preferably wear gold
5. Nail color: any nail color as long as it’s not a crazy design or something too bright like neon
6. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
7. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
8. Wedding card (if applicable)
9. Lindsay & Alexis: make sure you have your speech accessible! Ideally not read off your iPhone (feel free to send your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com to have it printed)

Men

1. Wedding day outfit: Shoes, socks, pants, white button down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie & jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
