4:00pm | Check in available at Hotel Zachary | |
6:00pm | Rehearsal dinner at Wrigley Field → no formal rehearsal here (mini rehearsal on day-of) | |

Saturday, October 26th
7:00am | Chicago Black Car drives Lindsey & all the gals to Glen View Club | |
7:40am | All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at The Glen View Club Breakfast will be provided Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup Lindsey lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer | |
8:00am | Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below | |
9:45am | Ryan & the groomsmen Uber to The Glen View Club | |
10:30am | Groomsmen arrive at The Glen View Club Lunch will be provided | |
11:30am | Photographer 1 (Daniel) arrives at The Glen View Club | |
12:15am | ALL hair and makeup completed Lindsey & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits | |
12:30pm | All ladies get dressed and ready! | |
12:45pm | Photographer 2 (Ela) arrives at The Glen View Club to be with the guys | |
1:00pm | Lindsey & Photographer 1 (Daniel) head to the front of the venue for her first look with dad | |
1:10pm | Lindsey’s first look with dad outside the venue front doors Ryan & Photographer 2 (Ela) head to first look location | |
1:30pm | First look between Lindsey & Ryan takes place Portraits to follow | |
2:00pm | Wedding Party pictures begin around the property → Cecile to bring Hudson for some photo & then back home! | |
3:15pm | Wedding party photos are completed → everyone heads back inside to relax/touch up before rehearsal + family photos | |
3:30pm | Family begins arriving at the Glen View Club ceremony location for rehearsal + photos Lindsey, Ryan & all of wedding party head to ceremony (4) shuttles arrive at Hotel Zachary for guest pick up | |
3:40pm | Ohana Events runs a Mini rehearsal | |
3:45pm | (4) shuttles depart at Hotel Zachary & head to the Glen View Club | |
3:50pm | Family pictures begin at the front of ceremony | |
4:15pm | ALL photos completed Lindsey gets makeup touch ups by Jose (MUA) in getting ready room | |
4:30pm | Guests begin arriving All guest shuttles arrive at Glen View Club for guest drop off Program Passers (Amanda & Kate) go to ceremony site **seat wherever (no bride/groom side) | |
5:00pm | Ceremony begins on the Tee Box | |
5:30pm | Cocktail hour begins | |
6:30pm | Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into to take their seats for reception | |
6:50pm | Lindsey & Ryan are introduced into the room and give their welcome toast | |

Ladies – DON’T FORGET TO BRING…
1. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in, but know you’ll be changing into the provided PJ’s!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit (any type of black heel)
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, deodorant, lipstick, tissues, makeup for touch ups after outdoor photos, etc.
5. Wedding card (if applicable)
6. Jewelry: No preference on jewelry – wear what you’d like!
7. Steaming: Ladies who are not in the first H&MU timeslot focus on steaming all dresses as needed!
Gentlemen – DON’T FORGET TO BRING…
1. Arrive in something comfortable to relax & hangout in the morning
2. Bring your full wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, suspenders, jacket, pocket square
3. Cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and anything else you may keep in your pocket
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
