Friday, September 13

2:10pm	Ken, Jud Hite, John Woodman, and Jeremy Neilitz play golf at Medinah
4:00pm	Liz and her family have drinks at the Cabana Club
6:00pm	Liz and her family have a game night at Snakes and Latte
Evening	Ken and his family have dinner at the Medinah Country Club
8:0pm	Liz and her family have dinner at Mama Delia’s restaurant

Saturday, September 14

11:30am	Liz, Ele, and Tola arrive at the Michigan Room to have hair & makeup done
11:45am	Lunch is delivered by the Warwick banquet staff
12:00pm	Hair & makeup team arrives for setup
12:15pm	Hair & makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
1:30pm	Elena and Helen arrive at the Warwick, Michigan Room to have hair & makeup done Liz, Ele, and Tola hair and makeup is done Liz & ladies take a photo with their customized mugs (on iPhones / personal cameras)
2:30pm	Ken arrives at the hotel and heads up to the Tip Top Ballroom
2:40pm	Liz & ladies put on their dresses separately, Liz gets dressed in the bridal suite (hotel room)
2:45pm	Ohana Events (Danielle) arrives for setup & Danielle brings Ken’s bags to the bridal suite
3:00pm	Photographer (Nicole) arrives at the Warwick Allerton Hotel
3:15pm	First look in the Tip Top Tap Ballroom All lady belongings are removed from the Michigan Room Michigan Room is flipped for the wine tasting
3:40pm	Liz, Ken and photographer board the van and head to Olive Park
4:00pm	Liz and Ken’s kids board the van and head to Olive Park to meet Liz and Ken
4:15pm	Family pictures begin at Olive Park
4:40pm	Photos are done! Liz, Ken and all family walk back to the shuttle to return to the hotel
5:00pm	Liz, Ken, and the van crew arrive back at the Warwick Allerton Hotel Liz heads to her hotel suite, everyone else can head up to the Huron Room Guests begin arriving on the ballroom floor Ohana Events checks that Alec has the wedding rings (without a box)
5:10pm	Ken’s Family and Liz’s Parents/Alex/Ele Photos Photo list for pre-ceremony photos HERE – to be taken in Huron or Tip Top Tap Ballroom
5:30pm	Ceremony begins!
6:00pm	YAY they’re married!! Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the ceremony location Cocktail hour (wine tasting) begins in the Michigan Room
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends
7:10pm	Welcome and toast by Liz and Ken Blessing by Courtney Dinner begins
4:20pm	After all entrée are plated, speeches begin:  1) Ele or Kevin 2) Ken’s brother, Jud 3) Alex or Tola 4) Liz’s sister, Elena
9:00pm	Wedding dinner ends 🙁

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies

1. Morning outfits: Please wear either white or black color shirts when getting ready so there is cohesion among the group
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Makeup or hair items for the morning, if needed
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
