TIMELINE OF EVENTS

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7

5:00pm	Rehearsal at Hilton **meet in the lobby and everyone can head over to rehearsal location together
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Harry Caray’s

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 (relaxation day)

8:45am	Charlie, Charlie, Jake, Uncle Tom, Kevin, and groomsmen golf at Hilton course
10:00am	Mary, Molly, & Maureen get massages at Kohler Burr Ridge Spa
4:00pm	Check in available at Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 9

8:00am	Mary & party have all items packed and ready; leaves for Hilton Oak Brook
8:30am	Mary, Molly, Kassie, & moms arrive at Hilton Mary, Molly, & Maureen to bring a breakfast items
8:45am	Makeup artist arrives for setup
9:00am	Makeup services begin **schedule found below**
9:15am	Hair stylist arrives for setup
9:30am	Hair services begin **schedule found below**
11:45am	Lunch delivered from La Briola for wedding party _____ goes downstairs to meet them in the lobby
12:00pm	All other wedding party members arrive at Hilton Oak Brook to hang with Mary & Charlie
1:00pm	Photographer 1 (Andrew) & Photographer 2 (Emily) arrives at Hilton Oak Brook Hills ALL guys are fully dressed
1:30pm	Videographer 1 (Larissa) & Videographer 2 (Mikhail) arrives at Hilton Oak Brook Hills Charlie and groomsmen have their “getting ready” shots taken
1:40pm	Charlie’s parents head over to Charlie’s suite
1:50pm	Charlie’s party grab their belongings and drop off in other rooms → meet in Augusta afterwards Charlie & Jake to stay in the suite for detail photos with parents
2:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Mary & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Charlie’s suite is no longer available; all guys move to Augusta Room to hang out  **If lighting isn’t good, Medinah Room is also available
2:15pm	Mary, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
2:30pm	Mary’s first look with bridesmaids
2:40pm	Mary’s first look with dad  Charlie heads to first look location with photo and video team Charlie’s party waits in Augusta/Medinah until wedding party photos begin
2:50pm	Mary & ladies head downstairs for photos Mary’s party joins Charlie’s party in Augusta/Medinah while Mary heads to first look location Mary’s brothers (Thomas & Patrick) are in charge of having extra waters and snacks while outside, taking photos
3:00pm	Private first look on Hilton Oak Brook grounds  Weather backup inside Hilton Oak Brook Couple portraits begins afterwards (~30 minutes)
3:05pm	Wedding party joins for singles & group portraits
3:45pm	Family begins meeting in the lobby Ohana Events makes sure family has their personal floral (boutonnières/corsages)
4:00pm	Family pictures begin on Hilton Oak Brook grounds (coordinator will give specific location day of)
4:30pm	ALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away in the Augusta room Mary touches up her makeup in the Augusta room 2 Ushers/Program Passers (Tony Rizzo & Alex Dennsion) arrive to the ceremony site Ohana Events checks that the best man (Jake) has the wedding rings
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
5:45pm	Mary & Charlie are married!!! Hilton Oak Brook staff help direct guests to the cocktail hour space (East/South Foyer)
5:55pm	Following end of ceremony, extended family pictures begin at the altar Weather backup option is indoor altar
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the East/South Foyer
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Ballroom
7:20pm	Everyone is lined up for introductions outside of ballrooms I & H 1) Mary & Charlie’s parents 2) officiant (Michael) + wedding party 3) Mary & Charlie!
7:30pm	Family and wedding party surrounds the dance floor as Mary & Charlie do their first dance Mary & Charlie’s “thank you” follows shortly after
7:35pm	Blessing by George Pace
7:50pm	After the cake cutting, Mary’s dad (Kevin) gives a speech
8:30pm	After all entrées are served, speeches begin: 1) Molly (MOH) 2) Jake (BM)
8:45pm	Special dances begin: 1) Mary & her dad 2) Charlie & his mom Dance floor opens!
12:00am	Party’s over! 🙁 After party in the upstairs hotel bar begins

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10

9:30am-11:30am	Private brunch at the hotel in Conference Dining room (main floor)
12:00pm	Check out at Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort

BEAUTY SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
• Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
• Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Mary will provide getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for your getting ready & shoes for wedding day outfit
4. Accessories for wedding day
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Molly: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!

Gentlemen

1. Wedding day outfit: black shoes and socks, black suit pants, black belt or suspenders, white button down, sage ties (gifted from Charlie), cufflinks, black suit jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Wedding card – if applicable
