11:45am | Lunch delivered from La Briola for wedding party _____ goes downstairs to meet them in the lobby | |||

1:00pm | Photographer 1 (Andrew) & Photographer 2 (Emily) arrives at Hilton Oak Brook Hills ALL guys are fully dressed | |||
1:30pm | Videographer 1 (Larissa) & Videographer 2 (Mikhail) arrives at Hilton Oak Brook Hills Charlie and groomsmen have their “getting ready” shots taken | |||
1:40pm | Charlie’s parents head over to Charlie’s suite | |||
1:50pm | Charlie’s party grab their belongings and drop off in other rooms → meet in Augusta afterwards Charlie & Jake to stay in the suite for detail photos with parents | |||
2:00pm | ALL hair and makeup completed Mary & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Charlie’s suite is no longer available; all guys move to Augusta Room to hang out **If lighting isn’t good, Medinah Room is also available | |||

3:00pm | Private first look on Hilton Oak Brook grounds Weather backup inside Hilton Oak Brook Couple portraits begins afterwards (~30 minutes) | |||
3:05pm | Wedding party joins for singles & group portraits | |||
3:45pm | Family begins meeting in the lobby Ohana Events makes sure family has their personal floral (boutonnières/corsages) | |||
4:00pm | Family pictures begin on Hilton Oak Brook grounds (coordinator will give specific location day of) | |||
4:30pm | ALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away in the Augusta room Mary touches up her makeup in the Augusta room 2 Ushers/Program Passers (Tony Rizzo & Alex Dennsion) arrive to the ceremony site Ohana Events checks that the best man (Jake) has the wedding rings | |||
5:00pm | Ceremony begins! | |||
5:45pm | Mary & Charlie are married!!! Hilton Oak Brook staff help direct guests to the cocktail hour space (East/South Foyer) | |||
5:55pm | Following end of ceremony, extended family pictures begin at the altar Weather backup option is indoor altar | |||
6:00pm | Cocktail hour begins in the East/South Foyer | |||
7:00pm | Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Ballroom | |||
7:20pm | Everyone is lined up for introductions outside of ballrooms I & H 1) Mary & Charlie’s parents 2) officiant (Michael) + wedding party 3) Mary & Charlie! | |||
7:30pm | Family and wedding party surrounds the dance floor as Mary & Charlie do their first dance Mary & Charlie’s “thank you” follows shortly after | |||
