THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1ST

4:30pm		Rehearsal at Morgan’s on Fulton
6:00pm		Rehearsal dinner at Midwest Coast Brewing Company
7:00-9:00pm		Welcome drinks at the Midwest Coast Brewing Company

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2ND

7:30am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at the Airbnb Breakfast prepared by moms  Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup
8:00am	Hair and makeup services begin **schedule below**
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at Airbnb to relax and hang out with Bryce Lunch prepared by moms
1:00pm	Photographer 1 (Matt) arrives at ladies Airbnb Photographer 2 arrives at groomsmen’s Airbnb Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to the ladies’ Airbnb
1:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed
1:20pm	Madison & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:30pm	Madison gets help from her mom for the dress Bridesmaids put on their dresses separately
1:45pm	Bryce gets situated for the first look
1:50pm	Madison’s first look with bridesmaids in ladies Airbnb
1:55pm	Madison’s first look with dad in the ladies Airbnb
2:00pm	Madison heads over to the first look Ohana Events (Caelee) arrives
2:10pm	First look
2:20pm	Wedding Party/Couples Portraits pictures begin in Trivoli Alley Family follows along
3:20pm	Immediate Family pictures begin
3:50pm	ALL photos completed, wedding party, family, and couple head over to Morgan’s on Fulton
4:00pm	Couple is allowed on site at Morgan’s
4:05pm	Wedding party and couple arrive at Morgan’s Extended family arrives at Morgan’s  Aaron begins guitar set-up with Brad prior to 4:20 cousin photo
4:20pm	Extended family photos  begin at Morgan’s on Fulton Ushers begin arriving at Morgan’s
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving at The Loft Madison touches up her makeup in bridal suite  Ushers (Sam and Zach) go to ceremony site  **No bride and groom side  **Pass programs
5:30pm	Ceremony begins in The Loft
5:59pm	Madison & Bryce are married!
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins on The Terrace
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into The Penthouse
7:15pm	Madison & Bryce introduced First dance
7:25pm	Welcome and toast by parents of the bride
8:10pm	After entrees are plated, speeches begin: 1. Jeff / Father of the bride 2. Cooper / Best Man 3. Molly / Maid of Honor 4. Jordan / Man of Honor
8:50pm	Madison & Bryce say their thank you Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Dance floor opens

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET…

Madison’s bridal party

1. Getting ready outfits: Bring your own favorite matching PJ set (any color other than white or beige)
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments and accessories
3. Shoes: Nude shoes in any style
4. Jewelry: No preference (can be silver, gold, pulling in other wedding colors like jewel tones)
5. Nail color: Colors that go with a general soft fall color scheme like nude, soft pinks, mauve, burgundy, jewel tones (please avoid neon colors)
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, makeup for touch ups, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card (if applicable)
8. Speeches: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)

Bryce’s bridal party

1. Wedding day outfit: black dress shoes, pants, black belt, button down, suit jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets, keys, and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Wedding card (if applicable)
