6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Barrel & Vine
8:30-11:00pm	Welcome drinks at Barrel & Vine

Friday, September 19

6:45am	Moms arrive at Bridesmaid Airbnb Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
12:00pm	Lunch delivered from Jimmy John’s for the bridesmaids  Lunch delivered from Jimmy John’s for the groomsmen
1:30pm	Photographer 1 (Karley) arrives at Bridesmaids Airbnb Photographer 2 (Christian) arrives at Groomsmen Airbnb Videographer 1 (Isaac) arrives at Bridesmaids Airbnb Videographer 2 arrives at Groomsmen Airbnb Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to Bridesmaids Airbnb

2:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Ryan and groomsmen depart to Mistwood Makayla & bridesmaids take a photo in their pajamas  Ohana Events arrives at Mistwood
2:20pm	Makayla’s mom & Kyanna gets dressed first so she’s ready for photos getting Makayla dressed Ryan and groomsmen arrive at MW and limo departs to ladies Airbnb
2:25pm	Makayla gets dressed with mom & Kyanna
2:30pm	Makayla’s first look with bridesmaids in Airbnb – photographer’s discretion about location  Aunt Diana and Lizzie arrive at Mistwood to help with set up floating candle and bring flowers from rehearsal dinner
2:40pm	Party Bus arrives at Bridesmaid Airbnb and ladies board the limo
3:10pm	Ryan gets in position for first look  Makayla and bridesmaids arrive at Mistwood
3:30pm	Wedding party pictures begin around Mistwood
4:00pm	ALL wedding  party pictures conclude and get tucked away in the bridal suite
4:30pm	Ryan’s immediate family begins arriving at Mistwood
4:45pm	Immediate family photos with Ryan’s side Family begins arriving at Mistwood
5:00pm	Prelude begins Makayla’s first look with dad
5:30pm	Ceremony begins in the Courtyard
5:59pm	They’re married! If you’ve been told you’re in photos, please stay at the ceremony location
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Terrace Room and inside
6:15pm	Family pictures end
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Great Hall
7:10pm	Parents introduced Wedding party introduced Makayla & Ryan introduced Once introduced, Makayla & Ryan go straight into their first dance
7:20pm	Welcome and toast by Makayla’s dad, Michael Blessing by Connor Hill
7:35pm	After first course is plated, speeches begin: 1. Sean BM 2. Kyanna MOH
8:20pm	Makayla & Ryan say their thank you and cut the cake
8:30pm	Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Anniversary dance Dance party begins!
10:00pm	Continuous shuttle begins making trips back to hotels
10:57pm	Last dance
11:00pm	Party’s over 🙁 Ohana packs all items and loads them into Michael’s truck
11:15pm	Final shuttle service to hotels and after party
11:30pm	After party at Uptown or Barrel & Vine

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting Ready Outfit: Something comfy to get ready in and socks from bridesmaid

2. Swimsuits: For the hot tub at the Airbnb 🙂

3. Wedding Day Attire: Including appropriate bras/spanx/undergarments, dress

4. Jewelry: Gold jewelry

5. Shoes: Nude colored and block heels recommended (2-3 inches height)

6. Nail polish: Preferably light colors or nude/pink, no harsh colors please

7. Wedding card: if applicable

8. Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Caelee@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.

Gentlemen

1. Wedding Day Attire: Shoes, socks, pants, belt, cotton dress shirt, jacket, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, suspenders

2. Misc: Initialed flasks from groomsmen box, cell phones, wallets, and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets during photos – it will ruin pictures!)

3. Wedding Card: If applicable
