TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, January 6th

6:15pm	Rehearsal at Holy Name Cathedral
7:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap in the Keg Room
9:00pm	Rehearsal dinner ends

Saturday, January 7th

6:30am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at the Westin Chicago River North Hair stylist arrives for setup Breakfast will be provided!
6:45am	Hair services begin *Schedule below*
8:15am	Makeup services begin *Schedule below*
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the Westin Chicago River North to relax and hang out with Sam Lunch will be provided for everyone!
11:15am	Photographer arrives (so please be somewhat dressed!)
11:45am	ALL hair and makeup complete for the ladies
11:50am	Mallory & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
12:00pm	Moms & bridesmaids put on their dresses separately
12:35pm	Mallory, parents and bridesmaids UBER to the church Groomsmen + Steve + Bob + Sam toast before heading out
12:45pm	Mallory and party arrive at the church Mallory gets dressed at the church in the bride changing room
1:00pm	Guests begins arriving at the church Ohana Events checks that the best man has the wedding rings Sam, parents and groomsmen UBER to the church
1:10pm	Sam and party arrive at the church
1:30pm	Ceremony begins!
2:30pm	Ceremony ends Photos with immediate family at the altar
2:45pm	Once photos conclude, Wedding Party & parents & plus 1s board the trolley
2:50pm	Wedding party trolley departs for photos (Wrigley Building = first stop)
3:30pm	Photos conclude at the Wrigley Building, wedding party and plus 1s board, and then head to the State Street Bridge for photos Immediate family (in photos) head back to their hotels
3:55pm	Wedding party trolley departs State Street Bridge and heads to the Board of Trade
4:20pm	Wedding party trolley departs the Board of Trade & heads to Union Station (last photo stop)
5:15pm	Trolley departs Union Station and heads to River Roast
5:30pm	Wedding party trolley arrives at River Roast
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins at River Roast
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends, guests are invited into the reception space
7:15pm	Parents are recognized at their tables Wedding party & bride/groom are introduced into the room
7:20pm	Mallory & Sam cut their cake Welcome and toast by Father of the Bride, Steve Abel
7:25pm	Dinner begins
7:40pm	After salads are plated, speeches begin: – Ryan (MOH)
8:20pm	After entrees are served, speeches begin: – Rob (BM) – Bob (FOB)
8:40pm	Let the dance party begin!
9:00pm	Sparkler photo outside with the wedding party
12:00am	Wedding ends 🙁

Sunday, January 8th

9:00/10:00am	Casual bagel brunch at the Westin in Mallory’s parents’ suite
12:00pm	Check out at the Westin Chicago River North hotel

HAIR / MAKEUP

Beauty Pointers!

• Arrive with clean and completely dry hair.
• Arrive with clean faces with only moisturizer (non SPF product).
• Wear neutral colored comfy clothes for getting ready (black/brown/beige/grey) and a top that’s easy to take on/off with hair and makeup.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
• It is helpful if you have an inspo picture prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
2. Please wear something comfortable to walk into the hotel, but Mallory is providing getting ready outfits for everyone
3. Shoes for your wedding day outfit
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Please remember to bring your shawl for outdoor photos!
6. Yetis – if you can remember to bring these, please do for coffee in the morning
7. Ryan – make sure you have your speech ready to go! Feel free to send your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you want the planner to print (hint hint, suggestion from the planner)

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit: Shoes, black socks, pants, undershirt, shirt, bow tie, button studs, cuff links, jacket, pocket square & suspenders
