3:15pm | Rehearsal at The Bar Harbor Club – Lawn |
4:00pm | Acadia Gem Golf carts will do rounds to bring you to the boat! |
5:00pm | Board the Sunset Cruise! Food will be available! Please bring a light jacket as it might be chilly! |
7:15pm | Cruise ends, golf carts available! |
8:00-11:00pm | Welcome drinks at the Bar Harbor Club – Pool House! |
Friday, August 30th
7:15am | All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Bar Harbor Club – Mary’s suite! Breakfast will be available for the ladies Hair & makeup artists arrive for setup | |
7:30am | Hair & Makeup services begin ~See full hair schedule below~ | |
10:00am | Groomsmen arrive at Bar Harbor Club – pool house to relax and hang out with Adham Lunch will be available for the groomsmen & the bridesmaids separately | |
11:30am | ALL hair and makeup completed Mary & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Mary, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately | |
12:00pm | Mary’s first look with bridesmaids in her suite! | |

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE
HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS
1) Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
2) Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of delaying the schedule. Flat ironing is not recommended.
3) Do not apply SPF or oil-based moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non-SPF product (SPF can cause makeup to fall off quicker).
4) Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service.
5) It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared for the stylist / artist

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…
Ladies:
– Getting ready outfit: Mary will be providing getting ready flannels so please arrive in something comfortable to wear underneath!
– Wedding day attire: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments, nude heels, gold jewelry only. Other “musts”: an extra pair of shoes (for dancing or weather permitting)
– Neutral colored nails only (nude/white/pinks)
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card, if applicable
– Mara & Kaitlyn are in charge of steaming the girls’ dresses first thing in the morning!
– Mary is generously taking care of hair and makeup services, however, please bring cash to tip! $50 should suffice 🙂
– Mara & Kaitlyn: A printed copy of your speech (ideally not read off of your phone).

– Your full wedding day tux: black shoes, socks, pants, white button down shirt, studs, cufflinks, bowtie, jacket (Adham is providing the pocket square!)
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
