TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Saturday, October 14th

10:00am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Hotel Baker, Triple Crown Room
10:30am	Photographer arrives at the hotel
11:00am	Videographer arrives at the hotel
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at Hotel Baker (Baker Suite) to relax and hang out with Blake
12:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Mary & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits (silk robes)
1:00pm	Mary, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:30pm	Mary & Blake’s first look in the Rose Garden Wedding party can remain in the bridal suite during this time!
2:00pm	Wedding Party pictures begin around the property
2:45pm	Mini rehearsal with wedding party at the ceremony location
3:10pm	Family pictures begin
3:30pm	All photos are finished, everyone heads to the bridal suite to relax until ceremony
4:00pm	Ceremony Begins!
4:30pm	Cocktail Hour Begins Immediately following end of ceremony, extended family pictures begin
5:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Rainbow Room
5:50pm	Introduction time! → Julia & Christian → Abby & Stevie → Kary & John paul → Sarah & Ulysses → Maria & Kyle → Mary & Blake
7:20pm	Speeches Begin: 1. Maria 2. Kyle
7:40pm	Let the dance party begin!!
11:00am	Party’s Over 🙁

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Morning outfits: Mary will be kindly providing getting ready robes so come in comfy clothes, but know you’re changing 🙂 It might be helpful to wear shorts underneath to keep comfortable with the robe as well!
2. Shoes: The design of the shoe is up to you, but keep in mind that part of the ceremony processional is on gravel so we suggest not wearing super thin heels. Feel free to bring a change of shoes for later in the night!
3. Outerwear: Mary will also be providing a pashmina to wear outside so no need to worry about what jacket you’re wearing!
4. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Small tote bag to bring from the hotel to the wedding & brought to the after party. You will have a space to store your things at the venue.
7. Wedding card (if applicable)
8. Maria: make sure you have your speech accessible! Ideally not read off your iPhone (feel free to send your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com to have it printed)

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, vest, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, jacket & pocket square. Everything but the belt is provided in your tuxedo rentals from Men’s Wearhouse, so you’ll need to bring your own—preferably a black belt
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in / go to lunch in
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
5. Kyle: make sure you have your speech accessible! Ideally not read off your iPhone (feel free to send your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com to have it printed). Also, you will be in charge of holding both wedding bands during the ceremony, in addition to Mary & Blake’s vow books. Just ask Danielle for these if you don’t have them right before the ceremony begins.
