TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15

TBDpm	Bridal luncheon at Chicago Yacht Club
3:00pm	Check in available at The Pendry
5:00pm	Rehearsal at Holy Family Church
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Pizza Portofino

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 16

7:15am	Hair & makeup stylists arrive for set up Everyone getting beauty services arrive at Mary Kate’s suite at The Pendry Breakfast/brunch is delivered for the ladies
7:30am	Hair and makeup services begin **schedule found below**
9:00am	West & groomsmen meet at Beatrix River North for breakfast
11:00am	West & groomsmen arrive at the Pendy to relax and hang out
11:45am	Lunch delivered from Panera for the ladies & guys
1:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Mary Kate & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:15pm	Mary Kate, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately West and groomsmen have their “getting ready” shots taken West’s dad pins boutonnière on West & West pins remaining boutonnières Once outfits are on and bouts are pinned, Mary Kate and West read notes & opens gifts from one another
1:25pm	Mary Kate’s first look with bridesmaids in the getting ready suite
1:35pm	Mary Kate’s first look with dad in the getting ready suite
1:45pm	Private first look in one of the getting ready suites at the Pendry Wedding party heads downstairs and boards the trolley Ryan or Chris is in charge of the foam cooler w/ champagne, white claws, waters, ice, & snacks **leftover Panera sandwiches also comes onto the trolley Maggie in charge of grabbing Mary Kate’s personal items
1:55pm	After some portraits, Mary Kate & West head downstairs to board the trolley Ohana Events makes sure family has their personal floral (boutonnières/corsages)
2:00pm	Trolley heads to Wrigley Building
2:10pm	Trolley arrives at the Wrigley Building Wedding party pictures begin
2:40pm	Everyone gets back onto the trolley and departs for South Gardens
2:50pm	Wedding Party pictures begin in the South Gardens and surrounding areas
3:15pm	Family begins arriving at the South Gardens by Uber or walking
3:30pm	Family pictures begin in the South Gardens
4:00pm	ALL photos completed Wedding party & family boards trolley and departs for the church
4:15pm	Wedding party arrives to the church and gets tucked away in the bridal suite Mary Kate touches up in the private suite Ohana Events checks that the best man has the wedding rings
4:30pm	Ushers & Program Passesers (Ryan Dowd, Eric McDonald, Marty Hermus, Jeremy Baruch) arrive to the church and are ready to greet guests
4:45pm	Prelude music begins All grandparents to be pre-sat upon arrival: rolley takes the wedding party to the Board of Trade for a few photos
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
6:00pm	Mary Kate & West are married!!! Immediately following end of ceremony, family pictures begin at the altar & then move to the garden Remaining begin leaving to head to Chicago History Museum
6:30pm	Cocktail hour begins on the museum’s terrace
6:35pm	Wedding party & parents boards the trolley and heads to to CHM
7:00pm	Wedding party arrives to CHM  Everyone drops off items in the bridal suite and joins cocktail hour
7:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Morse Chicago Room
8:00pm	Introductions begin: 1) parents 2) wedding party 3) Mary Kate & West!
8:10pm	Welcome toast & blessing by Mary Kate’s dad (Bill)
8:50pm	Remaining speeches begin: 1) Maggie 2) Ryan
9:00pm	Mary Kate & West give their “thank you” and special dances begin afterwards: 1) Mary Kate & West’s first dance 2) father/daughter 3) mother/son Dance floor opens for everyone!
12:00am	Party’s Over 🙁 All items go with West’s dad (Jeff) Mary Kate & West take an Uber to the after party location
12:30am	After party begins at Galway Arms

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to show the hair stylist / makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
• Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
• Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Mary Kate will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfit including dress and appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for your wedding day outfit
4. Accessories for wedding day
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/ IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Maggie: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!

Gentlemen

1. Wedding day outfit: black shoes, black socks, pants, white undershirt, button down, cufflinks (given by West), black bowties, black suspenders, jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Bill & Ryan: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!
