THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16

3:00pmCheck in available at JW Marriott & Westin
4:30pmWedding party + family meets on 3rd floor of JW Marriott (State Room) for ceremony rehearsal
5:30pmRehearsal ends
Everyone freshens up before departure to dinner
6:00pmEveryone arrives at The Gage and dinner begins
7:30pmSpeeches begin when photographer arrives:
1) Zoë
2) Colleen
3) Alex
4) Ryan
5) Matt
8:00pmDinner ends / additional guests arrive for drinks
10:00pmReception ends at The Gage
Everyone orders rideshares back to their hotels

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17

8:00amEveryone receiving beauty services is awake and gathers items for TOPO
8:45amZoe + party orders rideshares to TOPO
9:00amEveryone receiving beauty services arrive at TOPO – The Vault (2nd floor)
Hair team arrives for set up
Light breakfast and beverages are available for Zoe and party
9:15amHair services begin **schedule below**
9:45amMakeup team arrives for setup
10:00amMakeup services begin **schedule below**
10:30amEmily + Colleen to collect lunch orders for the downstairs food court (open from 11am-3pm)
11:30amZoe and party are eating lunch (ordered from downstairs)
12:00pmMatt’s party arrive at Matt’s suite at JW Marriott to hang out 
Lunch delivered from Portillo’s for the guys
1:00pmMedia team arrives to TOPO
1:15pmMatt and party get dressed for the day **90% ready, finishing final details at TOPO
1:30pmZoe’s party cleans up The Vault for photo ops + make room for Matt and party
Molly in charge of gathering/managing Zoe’s personal items
1:45pmMatt and party are ready for the day and head downstairs to meet in the lobby
2:00pmALL hair and makeup services are complete
Zoe and party take photos in their getting ready outfits
Once touch ups are complete, both moms put on wedding day outfits

Matt and party walk to TOPO
Weather back up = Matt and party order rideshares to TOPO
2:10pmZoe gives a speech to her wedding party 
Once dressed, Matt’s mom heads downstairs to meet Matt for pictures
2:15pmMatt and party arrive on site at TOPO and stay on the first floor for pictures 
OE brings up any items to the bridal suite
2:20pmZoe and party put on their dresses in separate areas 
→ Kirsten + Molly actually help put on the dress 
→ Mom (Kathi) “helps” in staged photos

Matt and party begin their “getting ready” shots taken
→ Matt’s final “getting ready” with parents
2:40pmZoe’s first look with bridesmaids in The Vault
2:50pmZoe’s first look with dad (Wayne) in The Vault

ALL Matt’s “getting ready” photos are complete
Matt gets staged for first look (near ceremony altar)
Matt’s wedding party heads upstairs to The Vault to hang out with Zoe’s party
3:00pmOnce Matt’s staged/after first look with dad, Zoe heads to the first look location
3:30pmImmediate (not already on site) + extended family begins arriving at TOPO
Extended family can hangout at TOPO’s food court/bar
ALL wedding party heads to East Wing for mini rehearsal
3:45pmMini rehearsal is finished; wedding party hangs out in the bridal suite or food court before group photos begin
Immediate family pictures begin
4:05pmImmediate family pictures are complete
Extended family pictures begin
4:20pmALL family photos are complete
Zoe, Matt, and wedding party head to the rooftop for photos 
Family can hangout at the food court or on the second floor
4:30pmWedding party portraits begin
5:00pmAll wedding party portraits are complete 
Wedding party heads back to The Vault to relax and freshen up 
Zoe and Matt take golden hour photos on rooftop
5:15pmALL photos completed 
Zoe and Matt head back to the bridal suite and freshen up
5:35pmFinal call for family and wedding party to use the restroom
5:45pmGuests begin arriving to Old Post Office
Ushers (Keka and Eddie) are ready at the ceremony site
5:50pmFamily and wedding partyd heads downstairs via escalator
5:55pmZoe and dad (Wayne) head downstairs via elevator
6:00pmCeremony begins!
6:30pmZoe and Matt are married!!!
Guests are head to cocktail hour via elevators
Wedding party and family head to cocktail hour via escalators
Cocktail hour begins in Telegram Lounge (2nd floor)
7:45pmCocktail hour ends and guests are officially invited into the Historic Lobby via escalators
8:05pmZoe and Matt are welcomed into the reception space and have their first dance
8:10pmWelcome toast/FOB speech by Zoe’s dad (Wayne)
9:00pmOnce all entrees are served, speeches begin:
1) TJ (BM)
2) Molly (matron-OH)
3) Maddy (maid-OH)
4) Zoe and Matt
9:20pmSpecial dances begin:
1) Matt and mom (Cheri)

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Arrive in something comfy clothes but please note you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfit (already steamed!) including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for while getting ready and wedding outfit (black shoes)
4. Accessories for wedding day outfits
5. If you’re getting your nails done, please have these as neutral/nude nails!
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Maddy & Molly: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy!

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit (already pressed!): shoes, socks, pants, button down, vest, cuff links, bow ties, jacket, pocket square
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Wayne & TJ: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy!
