We want to make sure you’re as prepared as possible, so please take a look through this page to learn all you need to know going into the wedding day.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, September 20th

4:00pm	Check in available at the Nobu Hotel
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Formento’s (925 W Randolph St)

Saturday, September 21st

8:30am	Hair & Makeup services begin All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the Nobu Hotel Breakfast is provided by Kelly Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup
8:45am	Hair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at The Nobu Sake Suite to relax and hang out with Chad Lunch will be provided (Josh is in charge!)
12:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Meghan, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses  **Meghan to be close to fully dressed, but she will do her actual getting ready when photo is on-site
12:30pm	Photographer 1 (Colette) arrives at Nobu Hotel – The Nobu Villa Photographer 2 (Giana) arrives at Nobu Hotel – Sake Suite **guys are fully dressed besides their jackets
1:00pm	Meghan’s first look with dad  Nobu Suite – The Nobu Villa  Trolley arrives at Nobu Hotel for wedding party photos
1:20pm	First look in the Nobu Suite – The Nobu Villa
1:40pm	Wedding party heads to the lobby and boards Trolley Billy is in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
1:50pm	Trolley departs from Nobu Hotel and heads to Orleans Bridges
2:00pm	Portraits + Wedding Party pictures begin at the Orleans Bridge
2:30pm	M&C reboards Trolley and head to the River Point Park Meghan’s parents head over to River Point Park for family photos
2:45pm	Photos begin at River Point Park
3:35pm	Everyone reboards Trolley and head to Morgan Manufacturing
3:50pm	Wedding party arrives at MFG → all personal items can be taken to the bridal suite
4:00pm	Family begins arriving at Morgan Manufacturing
4:10pm	Ohana runs Mini rehearsal with everyone in the processional
4:20pm	Immediate family pictures begin at the venue
4:30pm	Valet Service is open
4:40pm	Mini Coach Bus arrives at Nobu Hotel for guest pick up
4:50pm	Mini Coach arrives at Hyatt House for guest pick up
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving at Morgan Manufacturing Mini Coach Bus departs Hyatt House and heads to Morgan Manufacturing
5:30pm	Ceremony begins
5:55pm	Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin on the second floor Families to include The Finnegan Family, The Pensky, The Diamond Extended Family & The Cavanagh Family
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins
7:15pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited back into the reception space for a dance set!
7:45pm	Welcome and toast by Meghan & Chad → first dance to follow
7:50pm	Toast by Billy Cavanagh
8:10pm	Once salads are plated, father of the bride speaks
8:45pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin:  1. Grace 2. Adam & Brett
9:10pm	Dancing begins!
11:00pm	Ohana Events (Jenna) has all personal decor items packed up & ready for the dads Both dad’s in charge of taking personal belongings with them on the shuttle → Bridal bouquet is safely brought home with the dads → all goods packed into couples bins
12:00am	After party in the sunken dance floor!!
1:00am	Party’s over 🙁
1:15am	Final shuttle service
1:30am	Valet service concludes

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

1. Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
2. Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
3. Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
4. Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
5. It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
6. Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
7. Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
8. Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies:
– Please arrive in the gifted outfit from Meghan to get ready in!
– Wedding day attire: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments, dress, nude/black heels, No preference on jewelry metal, just somewhat dainty/not overly loud & no neon nails
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, deodorant, etc.
– There is a bridal suite at the venue where you can store dancing shoes, bag, etc.
– Wedding card, if applicable
– Please steam your dress on Friday!
– Lauren, bring a small speaker!

Gentlemen:
– Wedding day attire: renting a tux: tux shirt, shoes, suspenders and pocket square from Black Tie. Chad is providing the button covers, bowties and cufflinks and also plans to give them to everyone at the rehearsal dinner. Make sure to pack your own socks!
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
– There is a bridal suite at the venue where you can store dancing shoes, bag, etc.
– Wedding card, if applicable
– Adam Heller will have/be in charge of the rings
– Billy Cavanagh is in charge of the drinks for the trolley
