TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, December 30th

5:00pm	Rehearsal at Itasca Country Club
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Antonio Ristorante Italiano

Saturday, December 31st

8:00am	Sofia arrives to Meghan & Nick’s home Meghan gets hair set in curlers by Sofia
8:30am	Hair curlers are set & Sofia leaves Meghan & Nick’s home
11:30am	Meghan leaves for makeup appointment at Francesca’s (driving herself)
12:00pm	Meghan gets her makeup done by Francesca (Francesca is only servicing Meghan)
1:00pm	Meghan’s makeup service is complete & heads home
1:30pm	Nick drives Meghan, with all personal items in the car, to the country club
1:40pm	Meghan arrives at Itasca Country Club and relaxes before hair service Meghan lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer Nick goes back to the house to leave the car at home
2:00pm	Meghan’s friends arrive at Itasca Country Club → Cecila bringing mimosa ingredients & food for the girls
2:30pm	Makeup services begin
2:45pm	Hair services begin
3:00pm	Nick orders Uber for Itasca Country Club Nick’s parents arrives to Itasca
3:15pm	Meghan’s hair and makeup is complete Nick arrives to Itasca Country Club via Uber Nick’s mom pins boutonnière on Nick
3:20pm	Once pinned, Nick reads a note from Meghan Meghan reads a note from Nick
3:30pm	Meghan starts to get dressed, Jenn or Carla helps with putting on dress
3:45pm	Weather permitting, pictures/first look begin outside
4:50pm	Immediate family begin arriving at Itasca Country Club Ohana Events makes sure family has their personal floral (boutonnieres/corsages)
5:00pm	Meghan’s friend’s hair and makeup services are completed Immediate family pictures begin at the ceremony altar
5:20pm	ALL photos completed; everyone gets tucked away in the bridal suite Meghan touches up her makeup in bridal suite Ohana Events checks that Francesco has the wedding rings 2 Ushers (Vito and Tony Capriati) are on site and are ready for guest arrivals
5:45pm	Coat check is open for guests to hang their coats
6:00pm	Ceremony begins in Lyons Room Jenn sits in the front to hold Meghan’s bouquet & help fluff her train
6:20pm	Meghan & Nick are MARRIED!!! Guests are ushered out to the lobby while chairs are moved and tables are brought out Extended family + friend photos begin (Johnna or Gina to help gather the Sisto’s)
6:35pm	Meghan & Sofia go into the bridal suite for Meghan’s hair
6:45pm	Guests are invited back inside & cocktail hour begins in Lyons Room
7:00m	Meghan’s hair service is done and she joins cocktail hour
7:45pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited into the Ballroom
8:00pm	Meghan & Nick are introduced in the ballroom!!!
8:05pm	Welcome toast by Nick’s dad
8:20pm	After salads are served, Meghan & Nick give a speech and go into their first dance
9:00pm	After pasta is served to all tables, speeches begin: 1) Jenn 2) Carla 3) Vito
9:50pm	After all entrées are served, parent dances begin: 1) Father/daughter dance 2) Mother/son dance Guest are invited onto the dance floor & party begins!
12:00am	HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Balloon drop in the ballroom
1:00am	Party’s over 🙁 All items will be placed in the locked bridal suite Meghan & Nick Uber home, with cards and gifts, and sleeps at home

Beauty Pointers!

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
• Do not apply SFP moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
