| 7:30am | All ladies getting hair/makeup done arrive at Melanie’s Apartment Breakfast is provided Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup | |
| 7:45am | Hair + Makeup services begin *Schedule below* | |
| 9:00am | Melanie and Evan read their notes from one another | |
| 11:30am | Groomsmen arrive at Hyatt House to relax and hang out *optional* Lunch is provided for the bridesmaids Dave McNulty and Cindy Applebee pick up floral rentals from Saville Flowers | |
| 12:00pm | Dave and Cindy are dropping off all of the decor & hurricanes **Dave & Cindy heads straight to Melanie’s apartment after drop off | |
| 12:30pm | ALL hair and makeup completed Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to Melanie and Evan’s apt Melanie, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Kelsey or Hannah is ready to record/take photos of the first looks | |
| 12:50pm | Evan & Groomsmen depart for his apartment (via Uber) – From Hyatt House | |
| 1:00pm | Shuttle arrives at the apartment | |
| 1:15pm | Melanie’s first look with dad outside of the apartment | |
| 1:30pm | First look outside Melanie & Evan’s apartment – photographers choice A few portraits to follow | |
| 2:00pm | Shuttle departs the apartment and heads to Montrose Harbor | |

HAIR + MAKEUP SCHEDULE
BEAUTY POINTERS
- Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
- Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non-SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
- Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service(s).
- It is helpful if you provide an inspirational image for the stylist / artist to reference
- Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
- If you are getting a low bun please pack a black tank top to wear during your hair service

- Wedding Day Outfit: Suits are from Black Tux – wearing your own shoes/belts/socks and no ties
- Getting Ready Outfits: Arrive in something comfortable if you plan to be early and hangout with Evan
- Cell phones, IDs, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
- Greg & Trevor – Don’t forget to bring your speech!
