TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Thursday, May 25th

3:00pm	Check in available at the Hyatt Regency
4:00pm	Rehearsal at Myogyoji Temple
5:30pm	Rehearsal dinner & welcome drinks at Melissa & Keaton’s house

Friday, May 26th

7:30am	Melissa, Rachel, Jane, & Nicki Jo arrive at Melissa’s suite
7:50am	Hair & Makeup services begin
8:00am	Breakfast delivered from Panera for the ladies
9:45am	Keaton, Brodie, and Jake grab lunch from hotel buffet
10:30am	Photographer 1 arrives with Melissa in her suite Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to hotel Melissa and Keaton read notes from one another
10:45am	Keaton & Brodie get dressed Photographer 2 arrives with Keaton in Jake’s hotel room
11:00am	ALL hair and makeup complete, the ladies get dressed
11:10am	Jake, Keaton & Brodie head down to Keaton’s car
11:15am	Jake drives Keaton & Brodie to P30 to get in position for first look
11:30am	Once the guys are gone, Marty pulls car in front of hotel  Melissa & Marty first look outside of the hotel
11:40am	Marty drives Melissa & Rachel to P30 (they will stay in the car until Michelle tells them to come out) JANE HAS TO BRING PERSONAL FLOWERS AND THE GIRLS BOUQUET VASES WITH HER!!!!! Mike & Jake to help Jane  Photographers drive separately to P30 to get Keaton in position for first look  Jake returns Keaton car to the hotel
11:45am	First look in the tall skinny trees by P30 followed by bride & groom portraits Immediately following → wedding party photos in the same area
12:15pm	Wedding party heads to visitors center and takes photos around there until family photos
12:30pm	Jane drives Mike & Jake to the visitors center  Alex, Jennifer, Ruby & Noelle drive separately
12:45pm	Family begins arriving at main Morton entrance  Bebe is taking Bubbe to the visitors center  Rachel makes sure family has their personal floral (Jane needs to bring them!!!!)
1:00pm	Ohana arrives at Morton for set up Family pictures beginning at the lake near the visitors center / grand garden
1:40pm	ALL photos completed and everyone heads to the template  Marty to drive Melissa, Keaton, Brodie & Rachel to the temple
2:15pm	Wedding party / immediate family arrives at the temple
3:00pm	Ceremony at the temple
3:45pm	Recessional & signing of marriage license
3:55pm	Extended family photos outside of the temple
4:15pm	Jane heads back to hotel to drop car off and take shuttle to reception Marty to drop off Melissa, Keaton, Brodie & Rachel to Morton for photos in the fragrance garden and founders room Marty returns car to hotel and takes shuttle to reception
4:45pm	Shuttle 1 from hotel to Morton
4:55pm	Shuttle 2 from hotel to Morton
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the garden out front of Thornhill
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends
6:15pm	Introductions
6:20pm	Welcome toast by Jane & Marty
6:25pm	Salads served
6:35pm	Cake cutting
6:40pm	Salads cleared, entrees served
7:10pm	After entrees plated, speeches 1. Rachel 2. Brodie
7:30pm	Bar reopens Melissa & Keaton thank you and first dance Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance
7:40pm	Open dance floor!!!!!
8:00pm	Anniversary dance
8:30pm	Dessert & coffee
11:00pm	Party’s over! After party at the hotel bar Shuttle 1 from Morton back to Hotel

Beauty Pointers!

• Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Come with hair ready to be styled. If you have typically oily hair, wash & condition your hair on the morning of & make sure it is fully dry. If you have typically dry hair, wash & condition your hair the night before and make sure it is fully dry.
• Have inspiration photos on their phone for makeup and hair (either photos of themselves with makeup they liked in the past, or examples they like from the internet)
• Personal favorite lip products for makeup (lipstick, liner, gloss)

1. Wear something comfortable to get ready in!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit
4. Items to bring: dress, shoes, jewelry.
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Rachel – Speech for the reception (ideally not read off your phone)

1. Wedding day attire: Shoes, socks, pants, button down, tie, jacket, pocket square
2. If you plan to shave your face, it’s recommended to do it at least 1 day before to let skin settle
