TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21

3:00pm	Check in available at Viceroy
6:00pm	Everyone begins departing for rehearsal ** Joe will wear a blazer! **
6:30pm	Ceremony rehearsal begins at St Alphonsus
7:00pm	Any non family/wedding party guests arriving early to Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba arrives for drinks
7:30pm	Ceremony rehearsal ends Everyone heads over to dinner Rehearsal dinner begins at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba → Martin, Mitchel, and Allison to give toasts

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22

6:45am	Everyone receiving beauty services arrive at The Viceroy Cheryl & Mary to bring jackets (Ron, Brien, & Martin’s) to the suite for florist to pin on boutonnières Beauty team arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair and makeup services begin **schedule below**
7:30am	Breakfast & coffee brought by Lauren B and Allison
8:30am	Joe and party eat breakfast at S&G Restaurant
9:30am	Joe and party head back to Michele and Joe’s home to begin getting ready
10:00am	Joe and party begins to get dressed for the day
10:15am	Photographer 1 (Erin) & videographer 1 (Caleb) arrives at Viceroy Photographer 2 (Elena) & videographer 2 (Matt) arrives at Michele & Joe’s home Joe and party have their “getting ready” shots taken → Joe’s brother helps Joe “get ready”
10:45am	Michele’s party begins to clean up the space for photos Joe’s photos are complete Joe and his party clean up the space and collect items needed for the day Trolley arrives to Michele and Joe’s home
10:55am	Joe and party begin to board with their items for the day Joey is in charge of foam cooler with water, Miller Lites, snacks, and ice inside Trolley departs for Viceroy
11:15am	ALL hair and makeup completed Michele and party take photos in their matching getting ready outfits Both moms get dressed in wedding day outfits
11:25am	Michele and party put on their dresses in separate rooms → Michele’s mom (Cheryl) and sister (Stephanie) help her get dressed
11:30am	Trolley arrives at Viceroy Joe heads to the 18th floor (Pandan) for first look for solo portraits before first look Joe’s party stays on the trolley
11:35am	Michele’s casual first look with party in the bridal suite  Michele’s dad (Ron) starts heading to the bridal suite for first look
11:45am	Michele’s first look with dad (Ron) in the bridal suite
11:55am	Michele + Stephanie heads to first look location in Viceroy  Michele’s party + Joe’s parents heads downstairs and boards the trolley Stephanie in charge of grabbing Michele’s personal items and personal florals
12:00pm	Michele and Joe’s have their first look at Viceroy + read private vows together
12:15pm	Michele and Joe head downstairs to board the trolley
12:20pm	Trolley, with everyone on board, departs for River Point Park
12:40pm	Trolley arrives to River Point Park  Wedding party pictures begin
1:00pm	Wedding party heads back to the trolley Couple portraits begin
1:20pm	Everyone heads back to the trolley  Trolley departs for CHM
1:30pm	Michele’s family heads downstairs and requests their cars at valet
1:40pm	Michele’s family, at Viceroy, departs for CHM
1:45pm	Trolley arrives to CHM Michele, Joe, and parents/siblings head out for pictures while rest of wedding party relaxes  Michele’s family meets in the back patio of Chicago History Museum (park off North Ave/Clark)
1:50pm	Additional couple portraits + family pictures begin at CHM (back patio staircase)
2:20pm	ALL family photos are complete  Everyone heads to their transportation and departs for the church
2:30pm	Program passers (Alex and Cameron) are ready at the ceremony site
2:45pm	Trolley arrives and wedding party gets tucked away in the church basement  Michele touches up her makeup in the restroom Ohana Events checks that the best man (John) has the wedding rings + veil is on Michele
2:55pm	Joe’s dad (Martin) and grandmothers are pre sat in the second pew  Wedding party begins heading upstairs and lining up for the ceremony
3:00pm	Ceremony begins!
4:00pm	Michele & Joe are married!!! Immediately following end of ceremony, extended family pictures begin at the altar
4:25pm	Once photos wrap up, family heads outside besides Michele and Joe
4:30pm	Michele and Joe head outside for a grand exit with streamers
4:35pm	Wedding party + dates + Joe’s parents boards the trolley Family drives to hotel/Chicago History Museum in separate vehicles
4:40pm	Trolley departs for Chicago History Museum
5:00pm	Trolley arrives to Chicago History Museum **drop off on Clark OE helps unload the trolley and bring items into the bridal suite  Wedding party takes portraits inside Chicago History Museum
5:20pm	ALL portraits wrap up Michele gets dress bustled, by Stephanie, in the bridal suite Once bustled, Michele and Joe join cocktail hour
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Robinson Gallery + CrossRoads Exhibit  CrossRoads Exhibit is open for guests to walk through
5:50pm	Michele & Joe take pictures with friends: 1) Notre Dame friends 2) Deloitte friends 3) Marquette friends 4) St. Viator 5) Carmel 6) St Anne’s
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited into the Ballroom
6:45pm	Wedding party is lined up outside the main doors
6:50pm	Introductions begin: 1) Michele & Joe’s wedding party 2) Michele & Joe!
6:55pm	Welcome toast by Michele’s dad (Ron)
7:00pm	Blessing by Michele’s aunt (Michele Hoople)
7:15pm	Once all salads are served, speeches begin: 1) Stephanie 2) John
8:00pm	Special dances begin: 1) Michele & dad 2) Joe & mom 3) Michele & Joe
8:10pm	Dance floor officially opens!
11:30pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁 All items go with Michele’s parents/in their car Cameras (10) to be returned to Sonya
11:45pm	After party begins at Woodie’s Flats

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind, unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies!

1. Michele will provide getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfits (already steamed!) including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Accessories for wedding day (Michele will provide earrings)
4. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit (black) shoes
5. If getting your nails done, please select a neutral nail polish
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card (if applicable)
8. Stephanie: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents!

1. Wedding day outfit (already pressed!)
2. Joey is in charge of the cooler with snacks and drinks are on/off trolley
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
5. Ron & John: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy
