TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3

4:00pm	Check in available at Midtown Athletic
5:00pm	Everyone begins departing for rehearsal
5:30pm	Ceremony rehearsal begins at St Joseph
6:30pm	Ceremony rehearsal ends Everyone heads over to dinner
7:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Francesca’s on Chestnut

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4

6:30am	Allison, Sunny & Alex drive from Hotel at Midtown and heads to Sarabande Everyone receiving beauty services heads to Sarabande (especially those getting serviced first!) Allison’s dad brings Dunkin Donuts (coffee & munchkins) when dropping off Allison’s mom Allison brings ALL set up/decor items to Sarabande
6:55am	Everyone receiving beauty services arrives at Sarabande Breakfast delivered from Brother’s Restaurant
7:00am	Hair & makeup artists arrive for setup Tom’s mom (Cathy) arrives with cake
7:15am	Hair & makeup services begin **schedule below**
9:00am	Food is delivered for Tom and party Tom’s party + both dads arrive at Midtown location to hang out with Tom → Both dads drive themselves to Midtown & Sarabande in separate cars
10:00am	Early lunch (Jimmy John’s) delivered to Sarabande for Allison and party Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts and loose styling blooms) are delivered to  Sarabande
10:30am	Media team arrives at Sarabande
10:45am	Allison and party are done with eating breakfast/lunch, space begins to get clean for pictures Photo 2 (Rachel) heads to Midtown to capture Tom and party
11:00am	Tom and party have their “getting ready” shots taken
11:15am	ALL hair and makeup completed Allison and party take photos in their getting ready outfits Party bus arrives to Midtown
11:20am	ALL of Tom’s photos are complete, everyone cleans up and gathers their items
11:25am	Once Allison’s mom (Debbie) is dressed, she helps Allison get dressed Tom and party head downstairs to board the party bus Both dads head to their cars and drive themselves to Sarabande Sean is in charge of the foam cooler with everything inside
11:30am	Party bus departs for Sarabande
11:40am	Allison’s casual/candid first look with her party
11:45am	Allison’s party cleans up the space and grabs their personal items Party bus arrives to Sarabande  Allison’s dad (Mark) heads to first look location with Allison Sonya pins boutonnières on Tom & the guys
11:48am	Allison’s first look with dad (Mark) Allison’s party boards the party bus with their personal items Erin is in charge of grabbing Allison’s personal items After Allison’s first look with her dad, Tom gets staged for a private moment with Allison
11:53am	Allison and Tom have their first touch and vow exchange (no first look)
12:05pm	ALL photos are complete and everyone (besides Tom) heads to the party bus Allison’s parents drive to the church in Allison’s parents’ car  Tom and his parents drive to church in Tom’s parent’s car
12:10pm	Party bus departs for the church Tom + Tom’s parents depart for the church
12:30pm	Everyone arrives to the church → Tom stay in the car until Allison is inside OR if he arrives first, Allison stays on bus until Tom is inside Allison and party touches up her makeup in the bridal suite  Tom and party hangs out in the back room Ushers (Tessa & Stacey)/program passers (Kimmie & Analisa) are ready at the ceremony site
12:55pm	Family and wedding party begin lining up
1:00pm	Ceremony begins!
2:00pm	Allison & Tom are married!!! Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin at the altar
2:30pm	Once photos are complete, everyone heads outside (except Allison and Tom) Everyone must be out of the church
2:35pm	Grand exit photo outside; Patrick and Joey manage bubble guns
2:45pm	Once everyone is on the party bus, party bus departs for Wrigley Building
3:05pm	Party bus arrives to Wrigley Building  Allison and Tom deboard for portraits Wedding party stays on the party bus and relaxes
3:20pm	Allison and Tom head back to the party bus for second photo location
3:35pm	Party bus arrives and everyone deboards the party bus for portraits
4:10pm	ALL portraits wrap up and everyone heads back to the party bus Once everyone is on the party bus, party bus departs for Sarabande
4:45pm	Party bus arrives to Sarabande Wedding party heads inside + OE helps unload the party bus
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins
5:50pm	Allison and Tom take group photos: 1) Tom’s grade school friends 2) Tom’s undergrad friends 3) Tom’s residency friends 4) Allison’s grade school friends 5) Allison’s undergrad friends 6) Allison’s med school friends 7) Allison’s undergrad friends
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends, curtains open and guests are invited to take their seats
6:15pm	Parents and wedding party are lined up by the bridal suite for introductions
6:20pm	Introductions begin: 1) Allison’s parents (Mark and Debbie) 2) Tom’s parents (Neil and Cathy) 3) Allison’s party 4) Tom’s party 5) Allison & Tom!
6:27pm	Welcome toast/“thank you” by Allison & Tom
6:32pm	Blessing by Father Mike
6:35pm	Speeches begin: 1) Allison’s dad (Mark) 2) Tom’s dad (Neil) 3) Allison’s MOH (Sunny) 4) Tom’s BM (Ryan and Michael)
7:40pm	After dinner is complete, Allison and Tom says a short speech and asks everyone to gather on the dance floor for a group photo
7:45pm	Group photo on the dance floor  After group photo, MC asks everyone to make room for dances
7:50pm	Special dances begin: 1) Allison & Tom 2) Allison & dad 3) Tom & mom
8:05pm	Dance floor officially opens!
11:00pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁 All possible items go into Allison or Tom’s parent’s cars Cake goes with Tessa ir Stacey Allison and Tom order an Uber back to the hotel/last minute after party location

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5

9:30am	Family help with brunch setup/pickup:  → Tom’s brothers = pick up bagels from Gotham Bagels (Lakeview)  → Tom’s parents = pick up pre ordered fruit + veg trays and orange juice from Whole Foods → Allison’s parents = pick up from Dunkin Donuts (2565 W Fullerton Ave) → Allison and Tom = disposables plates, utensils, etc.
10:30am-1:00pm	Coffee Meets Bagel Themed Brunch begins at Hamlin Park Clubhouse
11:00am	Check out at Midtown Athletic

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind, unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies!

1. Allison will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfits (already steamed!) including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Accessories for wedding day (gold jewelry)
4. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit (nude) shoes
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card (if applicable)
7. Sunny: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents!

1. Wedding day outfit (already pressed!)
2. Sean is in charge of the cooler with snacks and drinks are on/off trolley
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
5. Mark, Neil, Ryan, & Michael: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy
