FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6TH

3:00pm	Check in available at The InterContinental hotel
5:00pm	Rehearsal at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church
6:30-10:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Maggiano’s Banquets

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7TH

6:15am	Gabe arrives for H&MU services
6:30am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at The InterContinental  Breakfast items brought by Vali  Hair stylist arrives for setup Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:00am	Hair & Makeup services begin *please reference hair + makeup timeline at the bottom of this page*
10:00am	Groomsmen arrive at to John’s suite to relax and hang out all together Lunch will be provided to all bridesmaids & groomsmen
11:00am	Photographers & Videographers arrive to the InterContinental
11:30am	ALL hair and makeup completed Eleni & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Jenna arrives at the InterContinental
11:50am	Eleni, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately John & all groomsmen are fully dressed and ready
12:00pm	Eleni and John read notes from one another *no audio recording
12:20pm	Eleni’s first look with bridesmaids in Presidential Suite
12:30pm	Eleni’s first look with dad in Presidential Suite  John & Photo/Video 2 arrive at Eleni’s suite for the first look
12:40pm	Eleni & John’s first look in the Presidential Suite
12:45pm	Trolley arrives at the InterContinental Wedding party meets in lobby to set personal belongings on the trolley before photos Ben & Jim are in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
12:50pm	Eleni & John head up to the rooftop for a few portraits!
1:00pm	Family & Wedding party heads to the 2nd floor (Hall of Lions) for photos

1:45pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at the Wrigley Building
2:20pm	Trolley departs Wrigley Building and heads to the Formal Gardens
2:30pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at the Formal Gardens
2:45pm	(2) 43 Pax Shuttles arrive at the InterContinental for guest pick up (pick up on Illinois Street)
3:00pm	All wedding party photos are completed Everyone reboards the trolley and heads to the church for ceremony 13 Pax Sprinter Van arrives at InterContinental for Loupakos Family
3:10pm	Guest transportation departs InterContinental & heads to the church
3:30pm	Guests begin arriving to church Wedding party arrives at church Program Passers (Gia, Dora, Ellie & Zoe) go to ceremony site Prelude music begins (Spotify Playlist ran by ____ person on Eleni’s Phone)
4:00pm	Ceremony begins at St George Greek Orthodox Church
5:00pm	Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the altar (including Loupakos, Bertanes, Smith, & Fotos families)
5:25pm	Grand exit photo op with white fiber optic light wands outside of the church → Gia, Dora, Ellie & Zoe to hand these out
5:35pm	Guest Transportation departs from the Church back to The InterContinental
5:40pm	Wedding party boards trolley & heads to the venue
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in Empire Ballroom (7th floor)
6:10pm	Wedding party arrives at the InterContinental → E&J stay outside for photos!!
7:15pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Grand Ballroom Eleni & John + parents are at the doors to greet guests as they enter
7:40pm	Introductions into the room begin **wedding party and parents included!
7:50pm	DJ invites guests for a dance set First course is served
8:00pm	Cake cutting with Eleni & John’s first dance to follow!
8:15pm	Speeches begin:  1. Ted & Vali Fotos 2. Jim
8:30pm	Entrees are served
8:50pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin:  3. Sophia 4. Teddy
9:15pm	Eleni & John say their Thank You! Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Open dance floor!!!
12:00am	Reception’s Over 🙁 All items go into Vali & Ted’s hotel room + Teddy’s room if needed

BEAUTY SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS

• Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
• IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
• Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind
• Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
• Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin – You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each lady getting hair/makeup done has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication!
• Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Bridesmaids!

– Eleni will be providing PJs & slippers to get ready in the morning (given to you the night before), so please wear your PJs when you arrive in the getting ready room
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
– Earrings will be provided to you! If you choose to wear any other accessories, please veer towards the color silver
– Silver shoes can be open toed or closed toed
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card – if applicable
– Sophia: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
– Sophia & Annie: Responsible for steaming ladies dresses as the first thing you do when you arrive! It’s best to get this done BEFORE the photographer arrives (and before everyone’s hair and makeup is done!)

Groomsmen!

– Wedding day attire: Bombas dress socks, Black patent leather shoes, Tuxedo pants, Cotton dress shirt, Cufflinks (if you want), Suspenders, Bow tie & Tuxedo jacket 
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card – if applicable
– Teddy & Jim: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
– Ben & Jim: Make sure the cooler makes it onto the bus at 12:45pm
