3:00pm	Check in available at InterContinental Chicago
4:30pm	Rehearsal at InterContinental Chicago in the Renaissance Ballroom
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Quartino’s in the Venice Room

6:40am	Ardour Beauty arrives on-site for setup (Michelle & MOH are ready at this time) Michelle lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer
7:00am	Bridal Hair & Makeup services begin Refined Beauty arrives for setup of wedding party services
7:30am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at InterContinental Tower Lounge Breakfast provided from InterContinental Wedding Party Hair & Makeup services begin *See full schedule below
10:30am	Groomsmen arrive at the InterContinental to relax and hang out with Michael Lunch delivered from InterContinental for the bridesmaids & groomsmen
12:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed  Ohana Events arrives at InterContinental Michael & Groomsmen are fully dressed (besides jackets) at this time
12:20pm	Michelle & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Michelle, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately –> mock getting ready photos of bride at this time
12:50pm	Michelle’s first look with bridesmaids in the getting ready space Norm makes his way to Tower Lounge for first look
1:00pm	Michelle’s first look with her dad in the getting ready space Michael & Photo 2  (Alana) head up to the rooftop for first look
1:20pm	Michelle & Photo 1 (Ian) head up to the rooftop
1:30pm	First look on the Rooftop   **weather back up in Hall of Lions Private vows read at this time
1:45pm	Wedding party head to the lobby for photos
1:50pm	M&M meet the wedding party in the lobby for photos
2:00pm	Wedding party walks over to the Wrigley Building for photos
2:40pm	Wrigley Building photos are completed Wedding party walks back to the InterContinental for additional photos
2:45pm	Wedding Party pictures begin in the Hall of Lions
3:10pm	Immediate family begins arriving at the Renaissance Ballroom  Ohana Events makes sure family has their personal floral (boutonnieres/corsages) Wedding party photos are completed → those in immediate and/or extended family head to family photo location
3:15pm	Family pictures begin at the front of ceremony
3:40pm	Extended family begins arriving to Renaissance Ballroom for photos (Fellners, Dumbroffs, Schump families)
4:15pm	ALL photos completed Everyone in processional gets tucked away in Toledo Room
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving to ceremony
5:00pm	Ceremony begins in Renaissance Ballroom
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Toledo Room
6:25pm	Michelle and Michael sneak out for golden hour pictures outside
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Renaissance Ballroom
6:45pm	Introductions into the room begin
6:50pm	Immediately after intros, Michelle & Michael cut the cake Following cake cutting, M&M have their first dance!
7:00pm	Once M&M are seated, speeches begin: 1. Norm 2. James

9:00pm	Dance party!!
11:45pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁 Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items All items go into Michelle and Michael’s hotel room

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

1. HAIR MUST BE DRY. Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before), product-free or limited product in hair. Avoid heavy conditioners and thick styling products. Please have your hair dry in order to be styled.
2. BRUSH YOUR TEETH & PUT IN CONTACTS BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE.
3. MAKEUP-FACE SHOULD BE CLEAN AND MOISTURIZED. Great skincare really does help create the perfect canvas. Avoid using SPF moisturizers, as it can sometimes cause makeup to fall off quicker.
4. We recommend steaming your dresses BEFORE your hair and makeup services.
5. Please have an inspo photo ready of how you would like your hair styled (front and back).
6. Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
7. Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding

Ladies – DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

1. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in, but know you’ll be changing!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready & shoes for your wedding day outfit (any type of nude shoe!)
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, deodorant, lipstick, tissues, makeup for touch ups after outdoor photos, etc.
5. Wedding card (if applicable)
6. Jewelry: No preference on jewelry – wear what you’d like!
7. Steaming: Ladies who are not in the first H&MU timeslot focus on steaming all dresses as needed!

Gentlemen – DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

1. Arrive in something comfortable to relax & hangout in the morning
2. Bring your full wedding day outfit: brown shoes, pants, belt, white button down (socks & tie will be provided by Michael!)
3. Cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and anything else you may keep in your pocket
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
