TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4

3:00pm	Check in available at Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis / O’Fallon
4:30pm	Rehearsal at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner & welcome drinks at Sunflower Hill Farm
9:00pm	Dinner & drinks conclude

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5

5:15am	Ladies staying at Sunflower Hill begin to get up and head downstairs Breakfast & mimosas will be provided
5:30am	Hair and makeup artists arrive for setup
5:40am	Hair and makeup services begin *Schedule below!
9:30am	Groomsmen staying at Augusta Airbnb begin to get up and hangout with Ryan Lunch will be provided
10:00am	ALL hair and makeup completed Nicole & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
10:20am	Nicole, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Groomsmen ensure they’re getting dressed
10:50am	Nicole’s first look with bridesmaids Bridesmaids gather belongings and get ready to leave right after
11:00am	Nicole and bridesmaids load party bus Angie Carron is in charge of the cooler with drinks items and ice and bag of snacks Ryan and groomsmen also Uber to church
11:15am	Shuttle departs for church with bridesmaids
11:30am	Ryan and groomsmen arrive at church
11:45am	Nicole and bridesmaids arrive in party bus at church → Nicole waits in shuttle until signaled to come out Florist passes out bouquets
12:00pm	Ceremony!
1:00pm	Ceremony ends, all wedding party loads shuttle Bridesmaids take their bouquets with them!!!!
1:30pm	Wedding party departs to Whitmoor Golf Club Kari follows behind in her own vehicle with Kolly Caydynce also follows behind in her own vehicle with Savannah, Madison, & Mason
1:45pm	Wedding Party pictures begin at Whitmoor Country Club
2:45pm	Wedding party boards shuttle and heads to Sunflower Hill
3:15pm	Wedding party shuttle arrives back at venue and has a break from photos while Nicole & Ryan take portraits
3:45pm	Family begins arriving for photos
4:00pm	Family photos at Sunflower Hill
4:30pm	Cocktail hour begins
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends
6:15pm	Wedding party introductions
6:18pm	Welcome toast by Mama
6:23pm	Blessing by Deacon Bill
6:25pm	Buffet opens
6:45pm	After last table goes through buffet, speeches 1. Michaela 2. Moose

HAIR & MAKEUP

*Hannah & Chris’s makeup time on the schedule may change, please be flexible and work with your artists!

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind unless your service includes a blowout.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Nicole will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Accessories for wedding day
4. Shoes for your wedding day outfit and party shoes
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Michaela: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to rachel@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy!

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, button down, vest, tie-clip, cuff links, ties/bowties, jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Moose: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to rachel@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy
