TIMELINE OF EVENTS

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31st

9:45am	Sisters and moms arrive at Alex & Noelle’s house to get ready with Noelle  Brunch & mimosas provided by Jane  Alex heads over to Fairfield Inn & Suites to hangout with his buddies, brothers, and both dads ^^ ALEX TO BRING WEDDING ATTIRE WITH HIM
10:00am	Alex and the guys meet at _____ to grab brunch Noelle ensures she’s starting her hair
10:45am	Makeup artist arrives for setup → For Noelle ONLY, everyone else doing their own  Noelle ensures she’s wrapping up her hair
11:00am	Noelle makeup services begin  Noelle’s bouquet, Alex’s boutonniere, and styling blooms delivered to Alex & Noelle’s house
11:15am	Photographer 1 (Kara) arrives at Alex & Noelle’s house
12:00pm	Noelle’s final touch ups  Noelle and Alex read notes from one another  Write the last line of your vow books for photo purposes
12:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Noelle gets dressed Alex ensures he is getting dressed
12:30pm	Noelle’s dad heads to meet Noelle at her house
12:45pm	Noelle’s first look with dad outside of her house  Noelle’s dad drives her to her first look with Alex ^^ KARA LEAVES BEFORE NOELLE TO GO GET ALEX IN POSITION The rest of the ladies head to their hotel / home to get dressed
1:00pm	Alex heads to Rotary Riverwalk Park to meet Kara & get in position for first look
1:15pm	Alex & Noelle first look at Rotary Riverwalk Park  Both read private vows  Immediately following → bride and groom portraits
1:45pm	Alex & Noelle head to Vows DSM  Family begins arriving at VDSM
2:00pm	Hours at VDSM officially begin  Family pictures begin in the space
2:30pm	ALL photos completed Guests begin arriving, prelude music begins Noelle touches up her makeup in bridal area  Ohana Events checks that the officiant has the wedding rings
3:00pm	Ceremony begins at Vows DSM
3:30pm	Officiant signs the marriage license After ceremony, time for Alex & Noelle to take photos with friends
4:00pm	Everyone must be out of Vows DSM Everyone heads back to the hotel to get ready for the costume party  Photographer takes a break (4 hours & 45 minutes)
5:30pm	Setup at GND begins  Bakery delivers 6” cutting cake (doesn’t need to be refrigerated) Alex & Noelle ensure they’re headed back to GND
5:45pm	Photographer starts again Noelle and Alex take golden hour pictures outside Guests begin arriving at GND
6:00pm	Good News Darling officially opens  Full bar opens
6:30pm	Welcome and toast by Alex FOB Speech from Jake & Bella
6:45pm	Alex & Noelle cut the cake and say a thank you
7:00pm	Pizza is delivered from Bordenaro’s Photographer officially ends
9:00pm	Party’s Over!! Bar closes Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items All items go into Jen or Bella’s car
9:30pm	Everyone must be out of GND

Beauty Pointers!

• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
• Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.

Gentlemen

1. Wedding day outfit (including ALL pieces)!
2. ​Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
