4:00pmCheck in available at The Gwen hotel & Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile
55 Pax Shuttle arrives at The Pendry for rehearsal transportation
4:30pmRehearsal at St. Jospeh Catholic Church (ICSJ)
5:30pmShuttle departs church & head to rehearsal dinner at Formento’s
6-8:30pmRehearsal dinner at Formento’s
8:15pmShuttle is stationed at Formento’s for transport to welcome party at River Roast
9-12amWelcome Party at River Roast – Monarch Room

Saturday, September 27

5:40amAll ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at Norine’s parents house
Breakfast provided from Norine’s mom – Rita
Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
6:00amHair & Makeup services begin **see schedule below**
9:30amGroomsmen arrive at Pendry Suite (3502) to relax and hang out with Trent
Lunch will be provided to the ladies & guys at their getting ready location
10:00amALL hair and makeup completed
Laura (MOG) continues with services
Norine & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
10:15amNorine, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
**Bridal mock getting ready portraits at this time
10:45amNorine’s first look with bridesmaids in the formal living room space 
10:55amNorine’s first look with dad at McGovern’s House  
11:00amLimoBus arrives at Norine’s parents house
Bridal party (the moms, NM’s Dad and Mike Hurley) board the trolley & head to the Pendry
Groomsmen are fully dressed (besides jackets) for photos at this time
11:50amTrent & Photographer 2 get set up for the first look on 2nd floor of main lobby
12:00pmLimoBus arrives at The Pendy
Norine & Photographer (Elle) get set up for the first look
Groomsmen, Eric Myjak, & Buz LaFrano head to the lobby and board the shuttle with bridal party
Reed is in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
12:10pmFirst look on 2nd floor of main lobby
N&T read private vows at this time
12:30pmNorine & Trent reboard the LimoBus
12:35pmLimoBus departs The Pendry and heads to the Tiffany & Co. Garden
**little bit of a walk for the gals in heels to be aware of
1:50pmWedding party boards trolley/transportation & heads to the church
2:15pmLimoBus arrives at the church with wedding party & parents
Everyone gets tucked away within church
2:30pmGuests begin arriving 
Ushers/Program Passers (Mike H, Connor, Caleb, Dalton, Taylor Thorne, Sheldon Robbs) 
**Not to escort, just inform & pass programs 
3:00pmCeremony begins at ICSJ
4:00pmImmediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the altar
Ushers pass out ribbon streamers and ask guests to stick around for a grand exit
4:30pmAll church photos completed
Grand exit photo op with ribbon streamers!!
4:45pmWedding party boards limo bus & heads to the Board of Trade
5:10pmPhotos at Board of Trade begin
5:35pmWedding party reboards trolley/limo bus & heads to Chicago Cultural Center
5:45pmGuest arrival begins at Randolph Street lobby entrance
Wedding party drops off personal belongings in 308 on Preston Bradley Hall floor 
6:00pmCocktail hour begins in G.A.R. Hall & Rotunda
6:00pmCocktail hour ends & guests are invited to take their seats inside
6:50pmUshers (Mike, Connor, Caleb, Dalton, Taylor, Sheldon) are lined within the hallway to guide all guests 
7:00pmCocktail hour ends and guests invited into Preston Bradley Hall 
7:25pmIntroductions into the room begin
7:30pmWelcome and toast by Trent’s parents, Laura & Buz LaFrano
7:35pmBlessing by Mike Hurley
7:40pmDinner service begins
7:55pmOnce first course is served, parents of the bride are invited to speak, Joe & Rita McGovern

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies!

  1. Getting ready outfits: Bring something comfy to get ready in, preferably black PJs
  2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
  3. Shoes: Black or nude shoes for wedding day
  4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
  5. Wedding card – if applicable
  6. Erin & Kathleen – Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone

Gents!

  1. Wedding day attire: shoes, pants, button down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, suspenders, and jacket
  2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
  3. Wedding card – if applicable
  4. Reed – in charge of organizing the cooler for the LimoBus
  5. Chase – in charge of sandwiches for the morning! Also, don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone
