8:30am | Everyone getting beauty services arrives at Olivia’s suite Breakfast is delivered for the ladies Hair artist #1 arrives for set up | |
8:45am | Hair artist #1 services begin ** schedule below ** Hair artist #2 services begin at 11am Makeup artist #1 arrives for set up | |

4:55pm | Wedding party starts lining up in the hallway outside of Augusta Room | |

5:30pm | Olivia and Ben are married!!! Guests are ushered to cocktail hour & cocktail hour begins on The Marquis Patio Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin at the altar | |
5:45pm | Family photos wrap up Group wedding party pictures begin on Hilton Oak Brook grounds | |
6:05pm | Wedding party joins cocktail hour Olivia and Ben stay back for couple portraits, in golden hour, on Hilton grounds | |
6:15pm | ___ arrives with Brynley to Hilton Oak Brook to join Olivia and Ben for photos | |
6:50pm | After room reveal, Olivia gets dress bustled in one of the hotel conference rooms or in the tent | |
7:00pm | Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Marquis Tent (1.25 hours of bar) | |
7:15pm | Parents and wedding party stay back and line up in the hallway (inside the hotel) | |
7:20pm | Introductions begin: 1) Ben’s parents 2) Olivia’s parents 3) wedding party 4) Olivia & Ben! | |

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE
Beauty Pointers!
– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

Ladies
1. Please bring something comfy to get ready in (button downs and/or something easy/loose to slide over your hair are encouraged)
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
4. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit shoes
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Ariana: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want it printed!
Gentlemen
1. Wedding day outfit
2. If rented, bring a second dress shirt
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in
4. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
5. Wedding card – if applicable
6. Brian & Pat: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want it printed!
