TIMELINE OF EVENTS

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19

4:00pm	Check in available at Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort Olivia and Ben drop off wedding decor items with Hilton Oak Brook staff
5:00pm	Rehearsal at Hilton Oak Brook (Garden Patio)
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Antico Posto (Oak Brook)

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20

7:30am-11:30am

Ben and party go golfing (three 4-somes)

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21

8:30am	Everyone getting beauty services arrives at Olivia’s suite Breakfast is delivered for the ladies Hair artist #1 arrives for set up
8:45am	Hair artist #1 services begin ** schedule below ** Hair artist #2 services begin at 11am Makeup artist #1 arrives for set up
9:15am	Makeup artist #1 services begin ** schedule below ** Makeup artist #2 services start at 10:15am
11:30am	Lunch is delivered for Olivia and party
12:00pm	Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts and loose styling blooms) are delivered to Hilton Oak Brook
12:45pm	Photo and video arrive on site
1:00pm	Ben’s party arrives at his getting ready suite to relax and hang out Lunch is delivered for Ben and party
2:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Olivia & bridesmaids takes photo in their getting ready outfits
2:30pm	Olivia, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses in separate areas Olivia’s sister/MOH and mom to help Olivia into her dress Ben’s party goes back to their suite to get dressed for the day
2:45pm	Olivia’s first look with her party in the bridal suite
3:00pm	Olivia’s dad (Brian) heads to the hotel lobby [OE to give further instructions] Ben’s party arrives, in wedding day outfits, to Ben’s getting ready suite
3:05pm	Olivia, with mom and sister, heads to first look with dad (outside on Hilton grounds) Olivia’s sister/MOH (Ariana) in charge of grabbing Olivia’s personal items and bouquet
3:10pm	Olivia’s first look with dad (Brian)
3:15pm	Ben and groomsmen have their “getting ready” shots taken Ben’s mom pins boutonnière on Ben Olivia’s party begin heading downstairs and meets outside for group photos Olivia takes formals with immediate family on Hilton grounds
3:30pm	Olivia’s group party pictures begin on Hilton grounds Ben’s party cleans up the room and drops off personals in their rooms Once photo 2 gets the “ok”, Ben heads downstairs for first touch location ** Ohana Events to help making sure Olivia and Ben don’t cross paths **
3:40pm	Once Ben is staged/Olivia’s group photos are complete, Olivia heads to first touch location Olivia’s wedding party heads to their rooms or Augusta Room to freshen up
3:55pm	Ben takes formals with immediate family on Hilton grounds  ** photographer to decide
4:00pm	Hair and makeup team meet Olivia and party in Augusta to touch up Ben and party meet in the hotel lobby to head over wedding party pictures
4:10pm	Ben’s group party pictures begin on Hilton grounds
4:20pm	ALL photos completed Ben and party head to Medinah room or hangout in the hallway outside Augusta  Ushers (Dom, Jimmy, & Kyle) meet the party in Medinah room
4:30pm	Guests are ushered to Medinah Room to head to the ceremony space Ohana Events checks that the best man (Pat) has the wedding rings
4:55pm	Wedding party starts lining up in the hallway outside of Augusta Room
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
5:30pm	Olivia and Ben are married!!! Guests are ushered to cocktail hour & cocktail hour begins on The Marquis Patio Immediately following end of ceremony, pictures begin at the altar
5:45pm	Family photos wrap up  Group wedding party pictures begin on Hilton Oak Brook grounds
6:05pm	Wedding party joins cocktail hour Olivia and Ben stay back for couple portraits, in golden hour, on Hilton grounds
6:15pm	___ arrives with Brynley to Hilton Oak Brook to join Olivia and Ben for photos
6:50pm	After room reveal, Olivia gets dress bustled in one of the hotel conference rooms or in the tent
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Marquis Tent (1.25 hours of bar)
7:15pm	Parents and wedding party stay back and line up in the hallway (inside the hotel)
7:20pm	Introductions begin: 1) Ben’s parents 2) Olivia’s parents 3) wedding party 4) Olivia & Ben!
7:25pm	Special dances begin: 1) Olivia & Ben 2) Olivia & dad 3) Ben & mom
7:35pm	Welcome and toast + blessing by Olivia’s dad (Brian)
8:00pm	Speeches begin: 1) Pat 2) Ariana
9:00pm	Olivia and Ben say their “thank you” Dance floor opens!
9:30pm	Ben, his party, and both dads go to the cigar table for a photo op
12:00am	Formal reception is over BUT after party begins in the tent! Cards and gifts go into Olivia and Ben’s hotel room All other decor and set up items go into Olivia’s parent’s car
1:00am	Party’s over 🙁

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO HAVE READY & BRING …

Ladies

1. Please bring something comfy to get ready in (button downs and/or something easy/loose to slide over your hair are encouraged)
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
4. Getting ready shoes & wedding outfit shoes
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Ariana: Print speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want it printed!

Gentlemen

1. Wedding day outfit
2. If rented, bring a second dress shirt
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready/hang out in
4. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
5. Wedding card – if applicable
6. Brian & Pat: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want it printed!
