TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, November 14

5:00pm	Rehearsal dinner
7:00pm	Additional guests join for Welcome Drinks
10:00pm	Welcome Event concludes

Saturday, November 15

9:30am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the Faena Breakfast is delivered
9:45am	Hair & makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at the Faena in Tierra Santa to relax and hang out with Adam –> when you arrive inside of the Faena Hotel, you will veer right and go through the hallway, with an immediate right to the elevator. You’ll head to the Spa floor and turn right to the Tierra Santa (yoga) room.
11:30am	Lunch is delivered to the bridesmaids + groomsmen
12:15pm	Photography team arrives
12:30pm	Videography team arrives
1:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Paige & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Moms get dressed (not in PJ photos)
1:10pm	Paige, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:40pm	Paige’s first look with dad in the bridal suite
1:50pm	Adam heads downstairs for the first look
1:55pm	Paige heads downstairs for the first look
2:00pm	Paige & Adam’s first look!
2:20pm	Wedding party meets in the Lobby
2:30pm	Wedding party pictures begin around the Faena property (inside and outside)
3:10pm	Family begins arriving at Faena Forum
3:15pm	Mini rehearsal just for standing purposes (at the ceremony location)
3:30pm	Family pictures begin at Faena Forum
4:00pm	ALL photos completed
4:30pm	Ceremony begins!
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins outside at the Faena Hotel
6:15pm	Cocktail hour ends, everyone heads back to Faena Forum
6:40pm	Paige & Adam are introduced into the room –> parents and wedding party are not introduced, feel free to take your seats alongside all of the other guests!
6:43pm	Paige’s Dad says a welcome and toast Then, dinner service begins
7:15pm	Once the salads have been plated to all of the guests, speeches begin: 1) Alexis 2) Clayton
7:25pm	Entrees are served
8:00pm	Dancing begins! 1) Paige + Adam’s first dance 2) Father/daughter dance 3) Mother/son dance
11:00pm	Wedding ends 🙁

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting Ready Outfits: Paige will be providing getting ready PJs so come in comfy clothes but know you’re changing
2. Extra Attire: Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes: Please wear nude, gold or silver heels — whatever looks best with your dress!
4. Nails: Please avoid bright color polish and stick to neutral colors (pinks, nudes, etc.)
4. Extras: Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, deodorant, lipstick, tissues, makeup for touch ups after outdoor photos, etc. and/or a Wedding card (if applicable)

Gentlemen

1. Arrive in something comfortable to relax & hangout in the morning
2. Bring your full wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, cufflinks bowtie & jacket
3. Cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and anything else you may keep in your pocket
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
