TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Thursday, May 18

5:15pm	Rehearsal Walkthrough at Cafe Brauer
6:00pm	Rehearsal Dinner at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!
8:30pm	Welcome Drinks at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!
10:00pm	Welcome Drinks Conclude

Friday, May 19

8:20am	Hair services (Lead Stylist ONLY) to begin Alexandra is all set to go first 🙂
8:45am	Remaining ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the Airbnb Breakfast & mimosas provided
9:00am	Hair and Makeup Services Begin (See schedule below)
11:00am	Groomsmen arrive at Quinn & Steve’s condo to relax and hang out
11:30am	Lunch provided for the ladies Lunch provided for the groomsmen
12:15pm	Photographers arrive to the getting ready locations
1:00pm	ALL hair & makeup completed Quinn & bridesmaids to take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:15pm	Quinn, bridesmaids, and moms put their dresses on separately
1:30pm	Quinn’s first look with the bridesmaids! Quinn’s first look with dad
1:50pm	Quinn and Steve order Ubers (separately) and head to Cafe Brauer *Wedding party can hang out at the getting ready locations until 2:45pm
2:15pm	Quinn & Steve’s First Look!
2:35pm	Quinn and Steve’s Portraits Begin
2:50pm	Wedding party orders Ubers and head to Cafe Brauer
3:00pm	Wedding Party arrives at Cafe Brauer & meet up with Quinn and Steve under the Honeycomb
3:15pm	Wedding Party photo begin around Lincoln Park
4:00pm	Family (in photos) arrive at the Bridge
4:10pm	Family photos begin on the Bridge
4:30pm	ALL photos completed, everyone walks back to Cafe Brauer Mini rehearsal (Wedding Party only!) to practice standing locations
5:00pm	Ceremony begins in the South Loggia
5:30pm	Ceremony concludes, extended family photos begin —> Shinn’s and Feeley’s Cocktail Hour Begins in the North Loggia
6:30pm	Cocktail Hour Ends, Guests are invited into the Great Hall
6:40pm	ONLY Quinn and Steve are being introduced, so everyone else can find their seats! First Dance
6:45pm	Welcome & Toast by John Feeley
6:50pm	Dinner Begins
7:55pm	Once all entrees are plated, speeches begin: 1. Claire 2. Jeff
8:05pm	Quinn & Steve say a quick “Thank You” Special Dances
8:10pm	DANCE FLOOR OPENS
10:45pm	Last call at the bar
11:00pm	Party’s Over 🙁 After party at the J Parker

BEAUTY POINTERS

• For best results, the bride and bridal party should be makeup free. You may use a light moisturizer in the am but please NO SPF products.
• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair. Hair should be completely dry and ready for styling.
• EXTENSION application fee is $25 for anyone using extensions in their desired style.
• If wearing contacts, please place them in BEFORE your makeup application start time. If you need to brush your teeth before makeup application, please do so BEFORE your start time.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to show the hair stylist / makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
• Don’t forget about your nails!
• Opt for “invisible” deodorant so you don’t get white marks on your dresses.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Quinn will be providing getting ready PJs so wear something comfortable in route to the Airbnb
2. Alexandra – please bring Quinn’s dress change
3. Meghan & Claire – please bring all necessary flower girl items (basket, flower petals) 
4. Wedding day outfit including dress and appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
5. Shoes for getting ready, shoes for your wedding day outfit
6. Accessories for wedding day (jewelry)
7. Clutch/purse with personal items/ IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
8. Wedding card – if applicable
9. Claire – make sure you have your speech accessible (ideally not read off your iPhone)! Feel free to send it to Emily@ohanaevents.com if you’d like it printed.

Gents

1. Gentlemen’s wedding day tux/ outfit – Socks, pants, belt, button down, cufflinks, bowties, suspenders, jacket, pocket square.
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Jeff – make sure you have your speech accessible (ideally not read off your iPhone)! Feel free to send it to Emily@ohanaevents.com if you’d like it printed.
