3:00pm	Rehearsal at Company 251 Check in available at Hotel Indigo
4:00pm	Rehearsal concludes, guests head to dinner
5:00pm	Rehearsal dinner begins at La Sorella di Francesca
7:00pm	Welcome party begins at La Sorella

9:00am	Cheri & Jim will drive Rachel, Carol, Becky, Jen, Claire, Lydia to Co251
9:30am	Rachel, Carol, Becky, Jen, Claire & Lydia arrive at Co251 Breakfast & mimosas provided Drew, Ron, Bo, Theron, Derek, James, Nick, Clark, Mark, Jack, Alex arrive at Barber Haus
9:45am	Hair and makeup services begin **see schedule at the bottom of this timeline** Grace/Lydia/Becky to help with steaming dresses before you get your services done! Claire is on photo duty 🙂
10:30am	Deepthi/Alexis/Katie/Julie/Paige/Grace arrive for hair and makeup and hanging out Charlie, Matt or Clay drive Deepthi/Alexis/Katie/Julie/Paige to Co251; Dan drops off Grace
10:45am	Claudia arrives on-site to do Carol’s hair
11:30am	Photography arrives at Co251 The guys head to Company 251 (Drew, Robert, Ron, Chris, Derek, James, Nick, Jack, Alex) and begin getting dressed – Ron drives 3 (Alex, Nick, Jack) – Bo to drive remaining 3 (Drew, Derek, James) – Chris drives separately
12:00pm	Lunch delivered to each suite All bride + bridesmaid hair and makeup completed (Paige, Julie, Katie, Grace, Becky still getting hair/makeup done; photographer taking candids)
12:15pm	Rachel & bridesmaids & friends take photos in their getting ready outfits
12:45pm	Rachel, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:15pm	Rachel’s first look with bridesmaids & Becky
1:30pm	Rachel’s first look with both dads
1:45pm	Rachel + Drew’s first look
2:30pm	Wedding party photos around Co251
2:45pm	Family (who are in photos) begin arriving at Co251, if not on-site already
3:00pm	Family photos begin
3:15pm	Shuttles arrive at Hotel Indigo Shuttle commanders (Cheri + Jim) to waive the shuttle around the corner
3:30pm	Shuttle 1 heads to Co251 Shuttle 2 heads to Holiday Inn for additional pick up Usher (Alexander) goes to ceremony site inside to escort guests to their seats Claire & Lydia greet guests inside James & Nick greet guests outside / direct guests to the garage door / bar side door Grace helps with guest book Dan watches card box and helps with gifts
4:00pm	Shuttle 1 drops off at Co251 Shuttle 2 picks up at Holiday Inn ALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away in the bridal suite
4:10pm	Shuttle 2 leads Holiday Inn for Co251
4:15pm	Shuttle 2 drops off at Co251
4:30pm	Ceremony begins!
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins Family photos at the altar
6:15pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited upstairs
6:35pm	Introductions
6:40pm	Welcome toast by Carol –> Ron and Chris stand with Carol Blessing by Marti
6:45pm	Salads served
7:05pm	Salads cleared and entrees served
7:35pm	After last table is plated, speeches 1. Jen 2. Derek
7:48pm	Cake cutting and speech from Rachel + Drew
8:00pm	Guests invited back downstairs
8:15pm	First dance Father/daughter dance x2 Mother/son dance Dance party!!
9:00pm	Continuous shuttles back to hotels begin (leaving every 30 minutes at 9:00pm, 9:30pm, 10:00pm, 10:30pm, 11:00pm, 11:30pm 12:00am)
10:00pm	Late night snack time!
11:20pm	Party’s Over!!

BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair)
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

Getting Ready Outfit: Rachel will be gifting you short black robes, don’t forget to bring them on wedding day! Please wear black or gray underneath.
Wedding day outfit: including your dress and appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
Shoes: Black heels
Nail Polish: If you can please wear neutral / pink nail polish (or rather, just nothing too crazy bright / neon)
Clutch/purse: with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
Wedding speech: Jennifer — Don’t forget your speech (ideally not read off of your phone)

Gents

Gentlemen’s wedding day outfit: black shoes, black socks, pants, bowtie, suspenders, jacket & white pocket square
Misc.: Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
Getting Ready Outfit: Arrive in something comfortable
