Morning	Ladies eat breakfast on their own, before going to the salon
8:15am	Rachel, Mary & Emily arrive at Niki Moon Salon and Spa All other ladies are to arrive at least 30 minutes before their appointments listed below
8:30am	Makeup Appointments begin Mary Shore (with makeup artist Sophie) – Makeup Appointment 1
9:15am	Rachel Shore (with hair stylist Clare) – Hair Appointment 1
9:30am	Kate Blair (with hair stylist Tess) – Hair Appointment 2 Olivia O’Hea (with hair stylist Diana) – Hair Appointment 2 Elise Hulbert (with hair stylist Rose) – Hair Appointment 2 Sarah Gorshe (with hair stylist Selene) – Hair Appointment 2 Emily Shore (with makeup artist Sophie) – Makeup Appointment 2

12:00pm	Rachel and ladies (besides Jill) all drive from the salon to Lakes at Lacey → Jill drives separately to Lakes at Lacey after her appointment finishes Dresses and Einstein Bagels/Jimmy John’s lunch delivered by Carol and Sue (Rachel’s aunts) for Rachel and the ladies at Lakes at Lacey → Dresses that Carol and Sue are bringing to the venue: Rachel, Mary, Emily, Kate, Sarah, and Olivia Jill Kailin (with makeup artist Sophie) – Makeup Appointment 4
12:30pm	Rachel and ladies arrive at Lakes at Lacey and eat lunch Ladies that did not get makeup professionally done begin doing their makeup Mitch and groomsmen finish up lunch and get dressed
1:30pm	Bridesmaids, Jill, and Mary put on their dresses Jill also eats lunch once she arrives at Lakes at Lacey — Jill, no worries if you’re running behind!
1:35pm	Photographer 1 (Harry) arrives at Lakes at Lacey, with the ladies Photographer 2 (Freddy) arrives at Lakes at Lacey, with the guys once they arrive Mitch and groomsmen leave the hotel and drive over to Lakes at Lacey (fully dressed)
1:45pm	Rachel puts on her dress (with mom’s help)
2:00pm	Mitch and Groomsmen arrive at Lakes at Lacey
2:10pm	Rachel’s first look with bridesmaids at Lakes at Lacey in the Piano Lounge
2:25pm	Rachel’s first look with dad at Lakes at Lacey in the Piano Lounge
2:45pm	Rachel & Mitch’s first look outside at Lakes at Lacey near the path around the fountain
3:30pm	Wedding party joins for photos around Lakes at Lacey
3:40pm	The following people who are not already on-site arrive at Lakes at Lacey to be part of family pictures: Harry Allen, Kevin Hulbert, Ken Kailin, Kiki Mader, Keith Silverman, and Adeline Shore
4:00pm	Rabbi arrives at Lakes at Lacey Family pictures begin in the Piano Lounge
4:30pm	ALL photos completed Guests begin arriving at Lakes at Lacey Ketubah signing in the groomsmen’s room (Ketubah stays in this room afterwards) Emily Shore and Marc Kaplan will be the two witnesses for the ketubah signing
5:00pm	Ceremony begins in the Lakeview Conservatory Ballroom
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Piano Lounge Emily (MOH) and Mary (MOB) help bustle Rachel’s dress and take off veil before Rachel and Mitch go to the cocktail hour
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into Lakeview Conservatory Ballroom
6:45pm	Rachel and Mitch introduced First dance
6:50pm	Welcome and speech by Father of the Bride, Brian Shore
7:55pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin: 1. Emily (MOH) 2. Ken (FOG)
8:05pm	Joint father/daughter & mother/son dance Large group photo on the dance floor Guests invited to the dance floor!!!
11:00pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁

CERMEONY SEATING

HAIR / MAKEUP POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies, please read!

– Getting ready outfits: Please wear something comfortable to wear to the salon and at the venue until you get dressed. Please wear something that is easy to take off over your head (such as an oversized or button down shirt)
– Attire: Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
– Shoes: Nude or gold color shades suggested for shoes
– Jewelry: Gold or silver jewelry
– Nail Polish: Any color nail polish as long as it’s not too bright
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, deodorant, lipstick, tissues, makeup for touch ups after outdoor photos, etc.
– Please steam your dresses the day before if possible!
– Makeup: for you to apply when you’re at the venue! As a reminder, you will have about an hour to eat lunch and do your makeup once you get to Lakes at Lacey
– Emily Shore: in charge of music player/playlist for getting ready with the bridesmaids
– Emily Shore: It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.

Gentlemen, please read!

– Bring your full wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, tie, jacket. You do NOT need to bring/wear the vest!
– Cell phones, wallets, sunglasses and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Malakai: the wedding planner will give you the rings before the ceremony. The rabbi will ask for them during the ceremony
– Ken & Brian (Dads): It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone (or you can speak from the heart). Feel free to email it to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.

More Information for the Wedding Party

– Transportation: If you want to call an Uber or something instead of driving to your hotel, you can leave your cars in the parking garage at lakes at Lacey overnight. There will not be any formal transportation provided for the wedding party.
– Bouquets: Each bridesmaid bouquet will be repurposed as centerpieces for the reception. At the end of the night, you can take home a centerpiece 🙂
