TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31

2:30pm	Sage’s parents (Amy & Dan) deliver 4 pies, welcome sign, seating chart + easel to Jewell ** Pie’s available to pick up at 1pm!
3:00pm	Check in available at The LaSalle
5:45pm	Everyone attending the rehearsal/dinner begins heading over to The Rookery
6:00pm	Rehearsal begins at The Rookery
7:00pm	Rehearsal is over Everyone orders ride shares to dinner
7:30pm	Rehearsal dinner begins at Siena Tavern
8:15pm	After food is served, speeches begin: 1) Jeremy’s parents (Jill & John) 2) Tess (MOH) 2) Jake (BM)
10:00pm	Dinner ends Informal welcome drinks begins at The Grill on 21 in The LaSalle

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1

7:45am	Makeup arrives for setup Everyone receiving beauty services arrive at The LaSalle Caroline brings light bites & coffee from Starbucks (orders are collected the night before)
8:00am	Makeup services begin **schedule below**
8:15am	Hair arrives for set up
8:30am	Hair services begin **schedule below**
9:45am	Sage’s dad (Dan) picks up brunch from Goddess & The Baker Jeremy’s party arrives at the hotel to drop off tuxes, HANGING in closet → drop off in #1808
9:55am	Jeremy and party walk to Elephant & Castle for brunch
10:00am	Sage’s dad (Dan) brings brunch from Goddess & The Baker for the Sage and party
10:05am	Sage’s dad (Dan) heads to Elephant & Castle to join Jeremy and party for brunch
10:30am	Personal florals (bouquets/bouts/corsage) are delivered to The LaSalle
11:30am	Photo team arrives at The LaSalle Photo team begins to take flatlay photos and candid getting ready photos Jeremy’s party brunch wraps up Jeremy and party head back at The LaSalle to begin getting ready
11:45am	Once beauty services are complete, Jeremy’s mom (Jill) gets dressed for the day Once dressed, she goes to Jeremy’s suite for photo ops
12:00pm	Once beauty services are complete, Sage’s sister (Tess) and mom (Amy) get dressed (for photo ops with Sage)
12:10pm	Photo 2 heads over to Jeremy’s suite
12:15pm	Sage’s beauty services are complete Sage gets dressed with her mom and sister helping her with her dress/details Sage’s dad (Dan) is dressed and ready for the day Jeremy and party begin their “getting ready” shots taken Jeremy’s mom (Jill) pins boutonnières on Jeremy & Jake
12:30pm	Sage’s informal first look with party in the bridal suite (party still getting beauty services) Sage’s dad (Dan) heads to the suite for first look with Sage
12:35pm	ALL photos of Jeremy are complete Jeremy collects bag with waters and snacks for off site photos  Jeremy’s party cleans up the space and moves their items to their rooms and/or other location **TBD if check out for the room is 12pm, will know during check in/day of** Jake brings Jeremy’s items to Sage and Jeremy’s suite Jeremy’s party relaxes and hangs out in #1808 until ~2:00pm
12:40pm	Sage’s first look with dad (Dan) in Sage’s suite
12:45pm	Jeremy heads downstairs and walks to Rookery for first look
12:50pm	Once Jeremy is at The Rookery, Sage heads downstairs and walks to Rookery Tess helps with carrying dress, bouquet, and record private vows  ALL parents hangout and relax (can change into different outfits until ~2:30pm)
1:00pm	Sage and Jeremy’s first look + private vows at The Rookery  Tess to record Sage and Jeremy’s private vows to each other
1:10pm	Couple portraits take place on the staircase in The Rookery Tess heads back to the hotel and hangs out with the party
1:30pm	ALL beauty services are complete  Sage’s party cleans up the space and moves their items to different rooms  Megan in charge of grabbing Sage’s personal items (for wedding day) and any personal florals
1:45pm	Sage’s party gets dressed and cleans up the space
2:00pm	ALL wedding party is dressed and ready for pictures
2:15pm	Sage and Jeremy Uber back to Rookery/LaSalle for wedding party pictures  Wedding party meets on the ground floor of LaSalle
2:30pm	Wedding party pictures begin at Board of Trade and inside Rookery
2:40pm	ALL family begins meeting in LaSalle hotel lobby before heading over to Rookery Ohana Events makes sure family has their personal florals (bouts/corsage)
2:50pm	ALL immediate/extended family heads over to Rookery for family photos
3:00pm	Immediate family pictures begin at Rookery (2nd floor, in front of windows) Wedding party (not in photos) can take a break / go back to hotel if needed
3:20pm	After immediate family photos, extended family photos begin at Rookery
3:40pm	ALL family photos completed Before heading upstairs, everyone takes a bathroom break/freshens up Non-attendees of ketubah signing hang out at the hotel while vendors finish set up
3:50pm	Everyone heads to The Library (11th floor) for ketubah signing
3:55pm	Ketubah signing begins in The Library – Jeremy’s uncle (Larry) says a short speech – Jeremy’s brother and partner (Jake + Erica) are witnesses  – Sage’s friend (JJ) signs the ketubah
4:15pm	Wedding party heads back to The Rookery to check ceremony placement + hangout before the ceremony
4:25pm	Everyone heads back downstairs to freshen up before ceremony begins
4:30pm	Sage touches up her on the 2nd floor Wedding party and family stay on the 2nd floor (elevator bank) while guests arrive to The Rookery   Ushers (Chris Schumann & Matt Krogen) are ready at the ceremony site
4:45pm	Ohana Events checks that the best man (Jake) has the wedding rings + veil is on Sage
4:55pm	Wedding party begins lining up for the ceremony
5:00pm	Ceremony begins!
5:30pm	Sage & Jeremy are married!!! Officiant asks everyone to head upstairs for cocktail hour Sage & Jeremy head outside for golden hour photos
5:50pm	After returning from photos, Sage and Jeremy go to the bridal suite area for drinks/apps Sage gets dress bustled
6:45pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited downstairs to a short dance set
6:57pm	Sage & Jeremy are introduced and go straight into their first dance
7:05pm	After the first dance, once guests take their seats, first course begins to serve
7:45pm	After all entrées are served, speeches begin: 1) Sage & Jeremy 2) Jeremy’s parents (Jill & John Mandel) 3) Sage’s parents (Amy & Dan Bladow)
8:00pm	Special dances begin: 1) Sage & her dad 2) Jeremy & his mom Dance floor opens!
11:00pm	Party’s Over!! 🙁 Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items All items go with Sage’s parents

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET…

Ladies

1. Sage will be providing getting ready outfits so come in comfy clothes but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfit (already steamed!) including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments and accessories (no necklaces, gold or silver jewelry are fine)
3. If you’re getting your nails done, please select a neutral nail polish
4. Getting ready shoes (slippers) and black shoes for your wedding day outfit
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Wedding card (if applicable)
7. Jill & Amy: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit from Generation Tux (already pressed!): shoes, socks, pants, button down, vest, cuff links, button covers, bow tie, suspenders, jacket, pocket square
2. Cell phones, wallets, keys, and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
4. Wedding card (if applicable)
5. John & Dan: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy
