TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Monday, December 30

3:45pm	Wedding party & family begins arriving in King Arthur Court for the rehearsal
4:00pm	Rehearsal begins in King Arthur Court (3rd floor)
5:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Quartino’s
8:00pm	Welcome party at Quartino’s *Open invite for anyone in town! Feel free to come & go as you please *Attire: Cocktail Attire/Business Casual
10:00pm	Welcome party concludes

Tuesday, December 31

7:45am	Hair + makeup team arrives at The Presidential Suite for setup Bridesmaids and mom’s arrive to The Presidential Suite (If you’re not in the very first time slot, you’re welcome to arrive closer to 8:30am) Breakfast & coffee will be provided
8:00am	All hair & makeup services begin *See full schedule below*
10:00am	Josh & the groomsmen are on their own for breakfast/ brunch
12:00pm	Groomsmen arrive at the Tower Lounge to relax and hang out with Josh Coffee service available
12:30pm	Lunch is provided for both parties
12:45pm	All ladies get touch ups done, as needed
1:00pm	Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts & loose styling blooms) are delivered to Sam’s suite
1:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed  Sam & her bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:55pm	Sam, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
2:15pm	Sam’s first look with bridesmaids in her suite  Bridesmaids drop off their personal items to their individual rooms
2:35pm	Josh is staged outside of the Presidential Suite
2:45pm	First look in their Presidential Suite <3 → Reading personal vows during their first look! Have vow books handy
2:55pm	Wedding party meets Sam & Josh in the lobby
3:05pm	Wedding party, Sam & Josh walk over to the riverwalk together *Sam’s aunt Becky is in charge of Elsa
3:15pm	Wedding party pictures begin near the Riverwalk / Wrigley Building
3:55pm	Wedding party photos completed. All wedding party can head inside the hotel to warm up and relax, while S & J to finish up with portraits
4:00pm	Sam & Josh portraits during “golden hour” (pending weather)
4:30pm	Sun sets outside
4:45pm	Family & wedding party gathers in King Arthur Court for family photos
5:00pm	Immediate Family Photos Begin
5:30pm	Extended Family gathers in King Arthur Court for more photos
5:50pm	ALL photos completed Sam is tucked away before guests arrive Coat check / coat rack is available
6:00pm	Guests begin arriving Ushers (Cole Honquest & Marty Griffin) welcome guests and kindly ask that guests enter and exit the rows through the outside, to avoid knocking over aisle decor Prelude music begins
6:20pm	Officiant or Best Men to have their rings in hand before the ceremony begins
6:30pm	Ceremony begins
6:59pm	They’re married!!! Wedding party to recess single file (same as processional)
7:00pm	Cocktail Hour begins in Toledo Court (same level as the reception ballroom – floor 5) Sam & Josh take a private moment in the ballroom level bridal suite, with apps & drinks
7:15pm	Lizzy & Becca meet Sam in the bridal suite to help bustle her dress before she joins cocktail hour
7:20pm	Sam & Josh join cocktail hour and mingle with guests
7:50pm	Private Room Reveal with Sam and Josh
8:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited to find their seats *Parents & wedding party can find their seats
8:20pm	Newlywed Introductions
8:25pm	Welcome and toast by Robyn (estimating ___ minutes)
8:30pm	First course is served
9:15pm	After second course is served, speech by Father of the Bride, Frank  (___ min)
9:50pm	Once guests have a few minutes to enjoy their entrees, speeches begin: 1) Lizzy & Becca – MOHs (___ min) *Combined speech 2) Jonathan & Jacob – BMs (___ min)  *Combined speech 3) Sam & Josh do a short & sweet “thank you!!”
10:00pm	Special Dances Dance party begins!!!
11:50pm	COUNTDOWN TO 2025 —> EVERYBODY ON THE DANCE FLOOR
12:00am	HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!
12:15am	The party continues until 1:00am
12:55am	Last song of the night
1:00am	Party’s over 🙁 Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items → Bridal bouquet, cards & 2 slices of cake is brought to S&J’s suite → All decor and personal items go into Robyn’s hotel room

Wednesday, January 1st

~11:00am | Farewell Brunch in the Presidential Suite
Feel free to pop in for a light breakfast & to say goodbye to the newlyweds!

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

HAIR & MAKEUP BEAUTY POINTERS

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair. IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Getting ready outfit: Sam will be providing getting ready outfits for the morning.
2. Wedding day outfits: including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Jewelry: All accessories can be gold or silver, whichever suits your fancy! Simple & minimalistic is preferred. Keep it tasteful!
4. Shoes: Black heels are preferred, but nude shoes work too! — Feel free to bring a change of *comfy* shoes for later in the night
5. Nails: Ideally nude, beige, light /neutral colors or something on brand for NYE for nails (stray from neons/ obnoxious colors)
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable
8. **Gratuity for hair & makeup artists** | Must be cash
9. Lizzy & Becca: Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Emily@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.

Gentleman

1. Wedding day outfit, as followsList: shoes, socks (gift from Josh!), pants, button down, cufflinks, button, bowtie (gift from Josh!), jacket, pocket square (gift from Josh!)
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hangout in, you can change into your wedding day outfit prior to the photographers arriving
4. Wedding card – if applicable
5. Jonathan & Jacob: Don’t forget your wedding speech! It’s strongly recommended (by our planner) to print your speech vs reading it from your phone. Feel free to email it to Emily@ohanaevents.com if you’d like a printed copy provided.

Wedding Party’s Responsibilities:
– Lindsey DiGiovanni: You’re in charge of make sure all bridesmaids dresses are steamed, before you start your hair and makeup services. (Steam can cause your hairstyle to fall out quicker, due to the humidity, so it’s recommended to take care of that first thing)
– ALL Wedding party!! Reminder to take lots of pics during the reception for the mems and tag S & J on Instagram so they can relive all the BTS :).
