TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, February 20

3:00pm	Rehearsal at White Iron Ridge
4:00pm	Check in available at Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City Airport
6:00pm	Welcome party and dinner begins at Holladay Distillery
9:00pm	Welcome party concludes

Saturday, February 21

7:30am		Bridesmaids & moms arrive at bridal suite  Breakfast provided
7:45am		Hair and makeup arrives for setup *see schedule below*
8:00am		Hair and makeup services begin
9:30am		Photo + video arrive
10:30am		Groomsmen arrive at White Iron Ridge to relax and hang out with Harrison Lunch delivered for wedding party
12:00pm		ALL hair and makeup completed Samantha & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits  Groomsmen ensure they’re getting dressed and take groom detail / groomsmen photos
12:15pm		Samantha, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
12:45pm		Samantha’s first look with bridesmaids
1:00pm		Samantha’s first look with dad
1:15pm		Samantha + Harrison first look
1:45pm		Wedding Party pictures begin around the venue’s property
2:45pm		Family photos at ceremony altar
3:15pm		ALL photos completed, wedding party gets tucked away in the grooms suite
3:30pm		Guests begin arriving Shuttle from hotel to venue
4:00pm		Ceremony!
4:30pm		Cocktail hour begins
5:45pm		Cocktail hour concludes, guests sit for dinner
6:00pm		Parents / S+H introductions (no wedding party)
6:05pm		Adams toast
6:10pm		Shipman’s toast + blessing
6:15pm		Dinner service begins
7:15pm		Speeches 1. Jennifer + Michael 2. Tyler
7:30pm		Special dances
7:45pm		Open dance floor!
10:30pm		Party’s over 🙁 Shuttle from venue back to hotel

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
– Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin if possible. Preferred if you can use a non SPF moisturizer for better make up application and prevent flashback in photos.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide the hair and makeup team.
– Bring touch up make up and lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. PJ’s will be provided to get ready in!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments & black heels
3. Dresses will be steamed at the venue on Friday night and can be left there
4. Neutral nails, nothing too bright
5. Please where simple gold or silver earrings (no necklace or chunky bracelets)
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable
8. Jennifer – Printed speech for dinner (not read off your phone)

Gentlemen

1. Black suit: jacket, pants, white button down, cuff links, button studs, + black shoes
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Wedding card – if applicable
4. Tyler + Michael: Printed speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone)
