TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, JUNE 13

3:00pm	Check in available at The Langham & Westin
4:40pm	Everyone begins ordering their ride shares for Church rehearsal
5:00pm	Rehearsal at Assumption Catholic Church
6:00pm	Rehearsal dinner at Osteria Via Stato
8:00pm	Welcome drinks and light desserts available at Osteria Via Stato
10:00pm	Welcome reception ends

SATURDAY, JUNE 14

6:30am	Hair artist arrives for setup Everyone receiving early hair services arrive at Sammy’s suite
6:45am	Hair services begin **schedule found below**
7:30am	Makeup team arrives for set up Breakfast and coffee delivered for the ladies
7:45am	Makeup services begin **schedule found below**
10:30am	Phil’s party arrive at Langham to hang out with Phil Lunch delivered for the wedding party
11:00am	Personal Floral (bouquets/bouts and loose styling blooms) are delivered to Langham
12:00pm	Photo and video team arrives at Langham
12:30pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Sammy & bridesmaids take photos in their matching getting ready outfits
12:45pm	Sammy, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses in separate rooms Sammy’s mom (Margarita) helps Sammy get dressed Phil and party have their “getting ready” shots taken
1:00pm	Sammy’s first look with her party in the bridal suite Phil’s getting ready photos wrap up Phil and party clean up and gather items needed for wedding day
1:10pm	Phil, party, + parents head downstairs to take pictures outside Michael is in charge of the foam cooler with snacks, water, seltzers, and ice inside Sammy’s step dad (Walter) and brother (Mark) head to Sammy’s suite
1:15pm	Sammy’s first look with step dad and brother in the bridal suite Sammy’s party clean up and gather items needed for wedding day Lauren (co-MOH) in charge of managing Sammy’s personal items and personal florals Phil’s outdoor portraits start with parents + wedding party
1:25pm	Sammy and party heads downstairs to the first look location Once downstairs, Sammy’s party waits in Langham’s first floor lobby Phil is staged at first look location Phil’s party waits in Langham’s first floor lobby
1:30pm	Sammy & Phil’s first look and personal vows reading outside of Langham/near the river  Couple portraits begin afterwards
1:50pm	All family meet in the first lobby of The Langham Margarita & Walter request car at valet as early as possible
1:55pm	IF there’s time, Sammy and Phil take family portraits by the river/outside of Langham
2:00pm	Party bus arrives at The Langham
2:05pm	ALL photos completed Wedding party + Phil’s parents boards the party bus  Sammy’s parents drive their car over to the church
2:10pm	Party bus departs Langham for Assumption Catholic Church
2:25pm	Party bus arrives at the church (parked NOT directly in front of the church) Wedding party freshens up/relaxes on the party bus
2:30pm	Ushers/program passers (Alex & Ben) are ready at the ceremony site
2:52pm	Party bus pulls directly in front of the church Wedding party deboards from the party bus to start lining up
3:00pm	Ceremony begins!
4:00pm	Sammy & Phil are married!!! Immediately following end of ceremony, family pictures begin at the altar
4:30pm	Everyone must be out of the church  Wedding party boards the party bus after grand exit photo op Sammy’s parents drive back to the hotel to freshen up  Phil’s parents order an Uber back to the hotel to freshen up
4:35pm	Party bus departs for portrait locations
5:55pm	ALL photos completed Everyone heads back to the party bus and departs for CCC
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in GAR Hall
6:05pm	Party bus arrives to CCC (Randolph/Garland side)  OE helps unload any items off the party bus  Sammy and Phil take couple portraits on CCC’s staircase
6:15pm	Couple portraits wrap up Sammy and Phil head to room 308 to bustle Sammy’s dress
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into Bradley Hall (up the ramp)
7:15pm	Wedding party meets on the staircase for introductions
7:25pm	Introductions begin: 1) wedding party 2) Sammy & Phil! Sammy and Phil cut their cake on the dance floor
7:33pm	Sammy & Phil give their “welcome”/”thank you” + have their first dance
7:35pm	Blessing by Sammy’s mom (Margarita)
8:00pm	Once all salads are served, Sammy’s stepdad (Walter) gives a speech
8:45pm	After all entrées are served, speeches begin: 1) Lauren 2) Joey 3) Katrina
9:00pm	Special dances begin: 1) Phil & mom (Kim) 2) Sammy & stepdad (Walter) Dance floor opens!
12:00am	Party’s over!! 🙁 All items go into Margarita and Walter’s car

SUNDAY, JUNE 15

12:00pm	Check out at the Langham & Westin
12:00pm-3:00pm	Farewell brunch/Father’s Day brunch at Sammy & Phil’s apartment building (Sky Lounge)

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Please arrive in the getting ready outfits that Sammy has already provided
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready and wedding outfit (neutral, open toed heels)
4. Accessories for wedding day (silver or gold finishes)
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Margarita, Lauren, & Katrina: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy!

Gents

1. Wedding day outfit: shoes, socks, pants, white button down, cufflinks, black bowtie, suspenders, jacket, white pocket square
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your suit coat pocket (do not put these items in your pants pockets – it will ruin pictures!)
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Walter & Joey: Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Sonya@ohanaevents.com if you want a printed copy!
