TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, September 20th

9:00am	Setup can begin at Section House Sara & Karter to pick up ceremony chairs & bring to the beach house Sara & Karter drop off all personal items, decor, and alcohol
3:30pm	Guests who are staying at the beach house, you’re welcome to arrive anytime after 3:30pm EST
5:30pm	Ceremony rehearsal at the beach house
6:00pm	Rehearsal walkthrough complete
6:30pm	Welcome BBQ at the property
9:30pm	Rehearsal dinner concludes

Saturday, September 21st

8:45am	Hair stylists and makeup artists arrive for setup All ladies getting hair / makeup done arrive at the beach house Light breakfast will be provided Sara lays out all accessories on a counter for photo / video
9:00am	Hair & makeup services begin refer to full schedule at the bottom of this page Karter to pick up golf cart at Oselka Marina Karter makes a coffee run at Issa Vibe
11:30am	Karter & friends hang out / relax at the beach house
12:15pm	Videographer arrives at the beach house
12:30pm	Before Sara begins her hair & makeup services, Sara and Karter read private vows together on the deck. Videographer present for this!
12:45pm	Karter & the guys head to Stray Dog for lunch
2:15pm	Photographers (Mike & Roman) arrive at The Beach House
2:30pm	Karter & the guys arrive back at the beach house. Karter to get into his wedding day outfit Parents (Karilyn, Ken, & David) arrive at the beach house
3:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Sara, her friends & moms put on their dresses separately Karter to be dressed in his suit & take “getting ready photos” during this time
3:30pm	Sara’s first look with her friends, once in her dress Sara takes photos around the property with her friends
3:45pm	Sara’s first look with her dad Sara takes photos around the property with her friends (30 min)
4:15pm	Karter takes photos with his friends, brothers & both dads (30 min)
4:45pm	Sara & her party can relax and hang out (H&MU available for last minute touch ups) *Ohana Events does a quick ceremony run through with family / anyone who is walking down the aisle Seth is delegated to run the golf cart to & from the beach to get guests from the parking lot
5:00pm	Guest arrival begins Usher (Ellie) welcomes guests
5:20pm	Family gathers to line up for the processional Sara to come from the second floor
5:30pm	Ceremony begins on the deck at the beach house – Officiant (Karter’s brother, Kirk) processes down the aisle & makes a NO cell phone announcement – Processional of Karter, mom (Karilyn) and dad (Ken) – Processional of bride’s mother (Gail) escorted by Sara’s brother (Kevin) – Processional of flower girls (Mia & Olivia) and ring bearer (Theo) – Processional of Sara and Father of the Bride (David) Ceremony Notes: Katy delegated to fix Sara’s dress/ veil in the front row Reading by Sarah
6:00pm	They’re finally married!!! All guests are welcomed to walk down to the beach for a special blessing
6:10pm	Family photos begin on the property Officiant signs the marriage license *After all family photos, family can head to Section House for cocktail hour
6:30pm	Cocktail hour begins at Section House
7:45pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited to find their seats
8:00pm	Sara & Karter are introduced into the room First Dance
8:05pm	Blessing by Uncle Dale
8:10pm	First course is served
9:15pm	After all courses have been served, speeches begin: 1) Toast by Sara’s dad, David (~ 4 minutes) 2) Karter’s brother, Keenan (~4 minutes) 3) Katy, friend of Sara (~4 minutes)
9:25pm	Sara and Karter say a short & sweet “thank you” Father/daughter dance Dance floor officially opens!
11:30pm	Party’s Over 🙁 Everyone lines up outside for a sparkler send off
11:45pm	Private drivers arrive to take Sara & Karter (and anyone staying at the house) back to the beach house

BEAUTY SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS

Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
Hair should be completely dry prior to your service start time. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
**To those of you who are not in the very first time slot for hair and makeup, it would be amazing if you could help with steaming anyone’s wedding day attire (if needed)

Please plan to arrive in black yoga attire that morning
Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments. Plan on having your dress steamed prior to Saturday, if possible.
Accessories, jewelry + your shoes for wedding day
Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
Wedding card – if applicable
