TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Monday, July 7

5:00pm	Welcome Party / Mehndi begins at Tapada Spot in Lisbon! Henna artist is available for anyone
8:00pm	Welcome Party ends

Tuesday, July 8

8:00am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the Lumiares Hotel
8:20am	Hair and Makeup services begin *see detailed schedule at bottom of this page* Brunch is delivered
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at the Palácio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel to relax
12:00pm	Photographers arrive at both hotels (so make sure the rooms are tidy that you’ll be in!)
1:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed
1:20pm	Sara & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:25pm	Sara’s sisters get dressed, everyone else starts getting dressed
1:30pm	Sara’s sisters help Sara put her dress on Tevin takes photos with the guys in their matching T-Shirts
1:45pm	Sara’s first look with bridesmaids in the hotel suite
1:50pm	Tevin and photo walk to the park
1:55pm	Sara and photo walk to the park
2:00pm	First look at the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara  **private with no one there besides photo/video** Wedding party walks over to the park
2:10pm	Wedding Party joins Sara and Tevin at the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara
2:30pm	Wedding party departs the first look location and Uber/ Bolt to Forte da Cruz
3:10pm	Wedding party arrives and drops off items inside
3:15pm	Wedding party pictures begin around Forte da Cruz
3:40pm	Mini rehearsal at Forte da Cruz
3:45pm	Family begins arriving at Forte da Cruz
4:05pm	Family pictures begin
4:20pm	ALL photos completed, Sara gets tucked away and touches up her hair + makeup
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving at Forte da Cruz
4:45pm	Baraat begins!
5:00pm	Everyone sits down, wedding party lines up for the ceremony
5:05pm	Ceremony begins in front of Forte da Cruz
5:29pm	Ceremony ends Bubble send-off!
5:30pm	Cocktail Hour begins
6:45pm	Everyone gathers for a champagne tower pour
7:00pm	Cocktail Hour ends
7:15pm	Introductions begin: — Parents of the bride + groom — Sara’s wedding party — Tevin’s wedding party
7:20pm	Welcome and speech by Sara’s parents (~2-3 min) Speech by Tevin’s parents (~2-3 min) Dinner begins!

HAIR/MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• All skin must be clean and makeup free when you arrive on wedding morning
• Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be washed (without conditioner!) and completely dry
• If you have curly hair and you do not wish to wear your natural curl, please wash and blow-dry your hair straight. Do not straighten with a flat iron.
• Do not apply SFP moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to sitting in the makeup chair.
• It is helpful if each lady has an inspirational image prepared to show the hairstylist/makeup artist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

Speeches!
From our wedding planner: For those of you who are speaking, please try to NOT read it from your phone, ideally have it printed at your hotel or printed before you head to Lisbon.

Sara’s Wedding Party

1. Mehndi outfit
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Sara will be providing robes for the morning, but feel free to wear shorts/pants/knee length outfits under the robes
4. Please bring the earrings and hair clips that Sara previously gifted you
5. Shoes: gold or nude shoes
6. Nails: any color nails
7. Jewelry: lean towards gold accessories if you want to wear anything besides the earrings
8. Clutch/purse for personal items/IDs, phone, tissues, etc.
9. Wedding Card (if applicable)

Tevin’s Wedding Party

1. Mehndi outfit
2. Wedding day outfit including: shoes, socks, pants, button down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, jacket & pocket square
3. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
4. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in so you don’t have to be in your wedding outfit all day
