Wednesday, January 4th or Thursday, January 5th

3:00pm

Check in available at Kimpton Palladian

Friday, January 6th

5:30pm

Welcome drinks & dinner at Aerlume Seattle

Saturday, November 12th

11:00am	VIP ladies arrive at Sarah & Brian’s suite Brunch available Hair & makeup arrive for setup
11:15am	Hair & makeup services begin
1:00pm	Groomsmen arrive at Jack’s hotel room to hangout with Brian
2:25pm	Photography arrives
2:30pm	ALL hair & makeup complete Sarah & the ladies get dressed
3:00pm	Sarah hides while Brian heads to their suite to get in position for first look
3:10pm	First look in Sarah & Brian’s suite
3:20pm	Sarah & Brian head out to take photos around Queen Anne Wedding party has 1 hour & 15 minutes to hangout, get organized, & head over to Almquist
4:45pm	Guests arrive at Almquist Sarah’s first look with her dad on the 2nd floor
5:00pm	Family photos begin
5:15pm	ALL photos complete
5:30pm	Ceremony begins in the greenhouse
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the restaurant
6:10pm	Sarah & Brian toast
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends, guests invited into the greenhouse
7:20pm	Salads are served Father of the bride speech
7:40pm	Salads cleared, entrees served
8:30pm	Entrees cleared, dessert served
9:00pm	Party’s over! ): All items go in Cory’s car or in Uber with S&B

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
• Do not apply SFP moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
