TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Saturday, January 21st

11:00am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at the Hoxton Chicago Brian’s Parents + brother meet up with Brian while Sarah gets ready
11:15am	Hair & makeup services begin **see schedule at the bottom of this timeline**
4:00pm	ALL hair & makeup complete Sarah & the ladies get dressed
4:30pm	Brian joins Sarah and they hangout until it’s time to leave
5:20pm	Sarah & Brian head over to the Arbory
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins at the Arbory
6:55pm	Sarah’s parents say their speech before guests are invited into the other room
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends — guests are invited to continue hanging out, or grab food at the food stations Family photos begin: ~ Finis Cousin Photo: Sarah + Brian, Ellen, Jill, Jenna, Roger, Bridget, Anna and Jack ~ Murray Cousin photo: Sarah + Brian, Anna, Jack, Katie, Mary Claire, Rachel, Angela, Maggie, and Claire ~ College Roommate Photos: Sarah + Brian, Maddie  + Brian, Melody + Ian, and Justin. Then, just Sarah, Maddie, Melody and Justin
8:30pm	Speeches begin by Jack & Anna
8:45pm	Sarah & Brian’s first dance Dance floor is open!
11:00pm	Party’s over! ): All items go into Sarah’s mom’s car

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry, unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
• Do not apply SFP moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.

1. Gentlemen’s wedding day outfit – anything black
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to get ready in
4. Wedding card – if applicable
