Saturday, September 16th
| 7:45am | All ladies getting hair/makeup done arrive at Sarah’s parent’s house Breakfast brought to bride’s parent’s home Hair & makeup artists arrive for setup Sarah lays out all accessories and invitation suite on a counter for photographer | |
| 8:00am | Hair & Makeup services begin! | |
| 11:00am | Personal Floral (bouquets/corsages/3 bouts & loose styling blooms) delivered to Julie & Dan’s home | |
| 11:30am | Groomsmen arrive at Le Meridien to relax and hang out with John Lunch delivered from Kramers for the bridesmaids Lunch delivered from Fontano’s Subs for the groomsmen | |
| 11:45am | Sarah and John read notes from one another privately | |
| 12:00pm | ALL hair and makeup completed Sarah & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Sarah, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Bouts for groom + groomsmen delivered to the Le Meridien Hotel | |

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:
Beauty Pointers!
- Please arrive with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
- Come with hair ready to be styled. If you have typically oily hair, wash & condition your hair on the morning of & make sure it is fully dry. If you have typically dry hair, wash & condition your hair the night before and make sure it is fully dry.
- Have inspiration photos on their phone for makeup and hair (either photos of themselves with makeup they liked in the past, or examples they like from the internet)
- Personal favorite lip products for makeup (lipstick, liner, gloss)

- Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments and nude shoes
- Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
- Wedding card – if applicable
- Caroline – Speech for rehearsal dinner!
Gents!
- Wedding day attire (pressed if possible!): Black tux, shoes, socks, pants, button down, bowtie
- If you plan to shave your face, it’s recommended to do it at least 1 day before to let skin settle
- Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
- Wedding card – if applicable
- Christian – Speech for rehearsal dinner!
