TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Thursday, April 27

4:00pm	Rehearsal begins at the Miami Beach EDITION All guests can meet and gather in the lobby. We will go up to the 4th floor together (we need elevator access)
7:00pm	Rehearsal dinner begins at Long Gong Chinese Restaurant

Friday, April 28

6:15am	Hair & Makeup services begin for Stella’s mom
8:00am	Bridesmaids arrive at EDITION, bridal suite Brunch will be ordered from room service upon arrival
10:30am	Jiahao and parents arrive at the hotel Jiahao’s mom decorates the room Groomsmen arrive at EDITION, sun suite, to relax and hang out with Jiahao
12:00am	Lunch will be ordered from the pool restaurant/bar right outside of the Sun Room
1:00pm	Makeup artist moves to Sun Suite to do Jiahao’s mom’s makeup
1:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Stella & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
1:25pm	Stella, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses
1:45pm	Stella’s first look with bridesmaids in the bridal suite
2:00pm	Stella and Jiahao’s first look!!!
2:15pm	Mini rehearsal in the ceremony location so everyone knows where they will be standing Wedding Party pictures begin around the hotel
2:45pm	Terrence takes parent to rest
3:50pm	Terence gets the family in the bridal suite to bring them to the lobby
4:00pm	Family and wedding party photos continue around the hotel
4:15pm	ALL photos are done. Stella, Josie + Mom head to the suite to relax Xinyu & Kenny greet the guests and help explain guest book Wanqin and Aaron help on card box Ada and Aaron hand guests the fans Everyone else hangs out on the 4th floor, greets guests and relax
5:00pm	Ceremony begins on the terrace
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins –> P.S. We will have one big group photo that will happen after the ceremony, before cocktailing!
6:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited to the ballroom
6:58pm	Stella and Jiahao are introduced into the ballroom – Welcome and toast by Jiahao’s Dad – Natalie shares Stella’s Dad’s speech – Stella & Jiahao’s first dance – Salads are served
7:05pm	After salads are plated, speeches begin:  1. Josie 2. Jerry 3. Winners of the guessing game (from cocktail hour) are announced
8:15pm	Dance party begins!
11:00pm	Wedding is over!! 🙁
11:30pm	After party begins at Basement! Just walk out of the ballroom and to your right, down two sets of stairs and you’ll be there 🙂
1:30am	After party concludes, time to get some sleep.

HAIR / MAKEUP SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS:

1. Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
2. Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
3. Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touchup lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
4. Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
5. Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Stella will be providing robes to get ready in but feel free to wear shorts/spanx and a spaghetti strap shirt underneath if you prefer
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for getting ready and shoes for your wedding day outfit
4. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
5. Minimal Jewelry & neutral shoes
6. Wedding card – if applicable
7. Josie — Speech for dinner (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Danielle@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!

1. Arrive at the hotel in something comfortable to hangout in
