TIMELINE OF EVENTS

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9th

4:30pm	Ladies to drop off their bridesmaids dresses in Steph’s suite before Friday! *Please steam your dress ahead of time 🙂
5:00pm	Rehearsal at The Blackstone
6:00pm	Rehearsal walkthrough complete, wedding party and family head over to Chicago  Firehouse Restaurant
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at Chicago Firehouse Restaurant
9:30pm	Rehearsal dinner ends

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10th

6:15am	Makeup Artists arrives at Steph’s suite for set up Joanna (Hair) arrives at the Blackstone for setup (~6:30am)
6:45am	Makeup Services Begin —> Kim ready to go first!
7:00am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at Stephanie’s suite (Smoke Filled Suite) Hair Services Begin *FULL SCHEDULE BELOW
8:30am	Brunch / lunch delivered for the ladies *Kim is taking care of this
9:30am	Photographer arrives & begins with detail shots
10:00am	Groomsmen arrive at Mitch’s suite to relax and hang out (Heaven Suite)
11:00am	Lunch delivered for the guys *Michelle is taking care of this Photographer 2 (Audrey) arrives at & starts with Mitch’s detail shots
11:15am	Hair and makeup touch up services (until 11:30am) Mitch & groomsmen to be dressed and ready for photographer (~by 11:30!)
11:30am	ALL Hair and Makeup Completed  Stephanie & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits  Stephanie, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses  Videographer arrives at The Blackstone
11:55am	All bridesmaids drop off their personal items in their separate hotel rooms  Bridesmaids to “tidy up” Steph’s suite & pack any leftover snacks for the shuttle (you have until about 1:15pm to do these things)
12:00pm	Stephanie’s first look with her dad in The English Room
12:15pm	Mitch and Stephanie’s First look in The English Room Couple portraits around the hotel following first look
12:30pm	All Family ~in photos~ to meet in the English Room
12:45pm	Immediate family photos begin
1:30pm	Wedding party heads downstairs to wait for the shuttle  Groomsmen are in charge of the cooler with drinks + snacks
1:45pm	Wedding Party Shuttle departs the Blackstone Hotel and heads to Union Station
2:45pm	Shuttle departs Union Station and heads to the Wrigley Building
4:05pm	Shuttle departs the Wrigley Building and heads back to the Blackstone
4:10pm	Wedding party, Steph & Mitch arrive at the Blackstone Vendor room (Taste) available for bridal party with snacks + water. Wedding party to relax / hang out while Steph and Mitch finish up photos
4:20pm	Stephanie’s first look with grandparents in the English Room  Mitch to join in for photos after her first look moment with her grandparents
4:45pm	Stephanie and Mitch private vow reading in the English Room
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving at The Blackstone Hotel Greeters (Grant & Abbey) begin to pass programs  George gets lapel mic from Band Ohana Events checks that the best man has the wedding rings
5:30pm	Ceremony Begins! Babysitter to take the kids (except Zoey) out of the ballroom during the ceremony
6:00pm	Steph & Mitch are married!!! George to make announcement for family to stay for photos + directing guests to the 5th floor for cocktail hour Cocktail hour begins Immediately following end of ceremony, extended family photos are taken
6:15pm	Photo booth & backdrop to be set up (by Courtney) to the left of the first bar near ballroom entrance
7:10pm	Stephanie and Mitch Room Reveal Stephanie to bustle her dress with Aunt Shannon
7:30pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests are invited back to the Ballroom
7:35pm	Wedding party and guests to surround the dance floor  Stephanie and Mitch introduced into the room
7:50pm	Welcome and toast by Father of the bride, Bill
7:55pm	Blessing by Anthony Soup course is served
8:10pm	Mother / Son Dance Father / Daughter Dance
8:45pm	After all entrées are served, speeches begin: 1) Lindsay (MOH) 2) Drew (BM)
8:55pm	Dance floor opens!
11:30pm	Party’s over! 🙁 All decor items go into Stephanie’s parents room
11:45pm	After party at Kitty O’Sheas

BEAUTY SCHEDULE

Beauty Pointers!

• Hair is best styled with clean, product-free or limited product in hair.
• Hair should be completely dry. Anyone with damp hair runs the risk of getting behind schedule.
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty service.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspo photo to share with the stylist.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
• 20% gratuity is appreciated for beauty services 🙂

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies

1. Come in comfy clothes for the morning but know you’ll be changing
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. Shoes for your getting ready & shoes for wedding day outfit
4. Accessories for wedding day
5. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
6. Lindsay: Don’t forget to bring your speech (ideally not read off of your phone). Feel free to email your speech to Emily@ohanaevents.com if you want our planner to print a copy!

Gentlemen

1. Wedding day outfit: Black patent leather shoes, black socks, black tux pants, black jacket, white tux shirt, black suspenders, black + gold stud shirt buttons, black + gold stud cuff links, black satin bow tie. Mitch will be providing white pocket squares for everyone
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Arrive in something comfortable to hang out in
