3:00pm	Check-in available at University Club of Chicago
5:00pm	Rehearsal at the University Club of Chicago
6:00pm	Rehearsal Dinner at Blue Plate
8:30pm	Welcome drinks begin at Blue Plate

SATURDAY, JANUARY 31st

7:30am	Hair stylists arrive for setup
8:00am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at University Club of Chicago – 6th floor Breakfast delivered from University Club to the Brown Room Makeup artist arrives for setup in the Brown Room Summer lays out all accessories and invitation suite details for the photographer in Park Suite
8:30am	Hair (barber shop) & Makeup (brown room) services begin **see full schedule at the bottom of this page**
1:00pm	ALL hair and makeup completed No formal getting ready photos Bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses
1:15pm	Summer to get dressed in The Park Suite *with whoever is helping her! Bridal dress/jewelry getting ready photos begin
1:50pm	Summer’s first look with her  dad in Park Suite Sean & Photographer 2 (Rubin) head to first look location
2:00pm	Ohana Events team arrives on-site
2:05pm	Summer & Photographer 1 (Lidia) head to first look location
2:15pm	First look between Summer & Sean! portraits to follow around the venue Groomsmen clear ALL personal belongings from Game Room at this time *nothing left
2:50pm	Wedding party heads to the Michigan Room (2nd floor) for photos
3:00pm	Wedding Party pictures begin on-site
4:00pm	Wedding party photos completed Summer & Sean sneak away to balcony before family photos with Lidia for 10 min! Everyone in family photos touches up/refreshes and then heads to The Library or The Staircase
4:10pm	Immediate family begins arriving to The Staircase for family photos
4:20pm	Family photos begin
4:45pm	ALL photos completed Everyone in the processional gets tucked away prior to ceremony
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving Ushers/Program Passers (Holden & Nate) go to ceremony site
5:30pm	Ceremony begins in Cathedral Hall – 9th floor
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in the Library – 8th floor Immediately following end of ceremony large group photo at the front of ceremony of Sean’s side of the family
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into Cathedral Hall  – 9th floor open dance floor
7:20pm	Summer & Sean are introduced into the room
7:35pm	Welcome and toast by Michael Franklin
7:40pm	Dinner service begins
8:20pm	After salads are plated, DJ announces special dances
9:00pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin:  1. Sammy & Jessica 2. Casey
9:15pm	Summer & Sean have their first dance dance floor opens
12:00am	Party’s Over!! Ohana Events finishes gathering all personal items DJ announces that there are (2) shuttles to the after party at Clover Sports (one way service!)

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE

BEAUTY POINTERS

• Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
• IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
• For anyone with extremely wavy or curly hair and is wanting a smooth style, please arrive with blow dried or straightened hair.   
• Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless you plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind.
• Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
• Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
• Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
• Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
• It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
• Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
• Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING:

Summer’s Crew

– Getting ready outfits: Summer will be providing getting-ready pajamas & cozy socks for the gals. The pajamas will be gifted at the rehearsal dinner, so please arrive already wearing them on the wedding morning. Feel free to wear biker shorts or something comfortable underneath!
– Wedding day outfit: Ensure your dress on a hanger to be hung up in the suite & that your dress is steamed before the day of! Make sure to include appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
– Shoes: Black shoes
– Bags: Clutch/purse/ bag with personal items/IDs, mini deodorant to re-apply, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card: if applicable
– Shaffer (Maid of Honor): Responsible for helping get the card box back to the bridal suite
– Sammy & Jessica: Don’t forget your speeches (ideally not read off of your phone)

Sean’s Crew

– Wedding Day Outfit: shoes, socks, pants, button-down, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie, jacket
– Cell phones, IDs, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card: if applicable
– Casey (Best Man): Don’t forget your speech (ideally not read off of your phone)
– Josef (Officiant): Responsible for bringing the wedding bands and the glass for the glass-breaking ceremony down the aisle
